Blue Cross Blue Shield does a terrible job! If I ask one customer no service a question and it doesn't seem right, I will call the second customer no service person and get a different answer. This has been going on since I have been with them. I even had one supervisor yell at me and say she wasn't going to help me because the customer service person can do that. WRONG! I told her, not when they give me 2 different answers to the same question!!! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED! They can't get our premium notices out to us on time. They didn't get the Dec. 2018 one out until Dec. 27th!!!!!! Way to go!!! Then when we make a change in plans they can't get that straight even sending a copy of the letter they sent me explaining what they were doing! I don't know who runs this place but they need to be fired! I can't get in touch with the corporate office no matter what I do, it's always back to CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD OR YOU WILL BE FIGHTING THEM EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes,tired of all these franchise's calling using other people's phone number and when u ask where they at they hangup.and all foriegner answering the phone .Thinking it could be ya,ll.So now I'm going to tape all calls with numbers and conversations .Because I,m going to hire a lawyer and sue this company.So y'all either stop calling me are the franchise's.anoying and very agrevating.your choice
Ditto what others have said. If I wanted to change my insurance provider, Blue Cross Blue Shield would be the last company I would ever consider. Your marketing program is causing senior citizens to have a very negative effect. During the enrollment period, having three plus phone calls a day from you is outrageous.
I'm tired of these fucking phone calls everyday. If you don't changed the way you pay these sleezy venders then I'm coming to your fucking corporate office to take my frustions out on your employees!!!!! Fuck you jerk off greedy fucks!!!!
Everyday, sometimes three and four times, I receive annoying phone calls from solicitors about Blue Cross-Blue Shield.
The calls are always recordings. It's so bad, I try to block the numbers. However, you can tell it is extreme harassment because they must have hundreds of numbers they call from. It's too the point that I am trying to determine what legal avenues I can take to stop it. Because of it, I would never consider this company because of the low tactics used. Also, I plan to spread the word to as many friends and family members as possible in hopes they will continue to spread eventually preventing others from enrolling in the company's insurance because of the tactics used.
IN 1982 i HAD BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD. i WAS FORCED TO HAVE AN EPIDURAL BY THE NURSE PULLING ME OFF THE TABLE . THE BABY WAS CROWNED AND HER HAND WAS CAUGHT NEAR THE PELVIC BONE. MY FEET IN THE STIRRUPS, MY LOWER BACK AND REAR WERE OFF THE TABLE WITHOUT SUPPORT.
BECAUSE THEY LET SOMEONE DELIVER THE BABY WITHOUT A LICENSE HE DID NOT READ THE SONOGRAM TO SEE HER LITTLE HAND CAUGHT , BETWEEN THE PELVIC BONE AND SOMETHING.i EXPRESSED MY ANGER ABOUT THIS THEY DID NOTHING.
LATER THIS SHOWED UP AND HAND HAS A HAND DEFORMITY THEY HAD TO HAVE, THE WRONG FILE. 900.00

What is going on with the BCBS customer service number at (hidden)? I have been on the phone daily for at least 2 weeks and about 2 1/2 hours per day trying to reach someone about our coverage, questions and now I am cancelling. No way am I happy with this service.
