JUST SIGNED UP WITH MY COMPANY. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH WAS HORRIBLE. WAITED 23 MINUTES JUST TO GET THE DR. PHONE NUMBER ON MY EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS. I WAS GOING TO TAKE THE SURVEY BUT THEY WOULD NOT CONNECT ME TO IT. SPOKE WITH LEA FROM WHO KNOWS WHERE.

This co. BC/BS should not have people in the Phillipines ISL . handle all the important calls,After trying to clear up a small problem, I had to ask to to be connected to someone in the USA !!! I do not think they are trainned properly !!!!

BCBS , What in God's Name is Going On. Do you Honestly Believe We are unaware to what BCBS is constantly attempting to do. It's Not only being on the phone for hours at a time , but All the fraudulent , lying, and audacious misdirection of you Staff is Constantly committing. I Pamela Kimble is very distraught, stressed, and unhappy with the services I have been stuck with for 2019. The plan I had last year was no longer offered . And the Broker did a horrible disservice to me a person who has always looked out for the City of chicago's Public. Tried to reach her yesterday and could not nor has she reached out to me. I've had a PPO plan for over 20 years and now she has me in a HMO. I began the conversation letting her know I wanted to be with My same Doctor at Earvalino and associates for over 20 years at Rush University Hospital. I arrived yesterday morning at Rush for my yearly MAMMOGRAM to fine out this plan that was given to me over the telephone is not what I asked for and I would get a full bill for any services done at not only the hospital i've Went to since 19 years of age but also my primary care physician whom l've been with over 20 years. What has America came to they have kicked the senior Citizens to the curb when it comes to their health care. I am now lost in your process to where ever or whatever when it comes to my healthcare. I tried to get the same service I 've always been acoustome to receiving and the on the other end of the phone told me one thing and when I got to the Doctor I have something that I truly don't know what to do or where to go. If I have a life or death issue I don't know what to do and that's not right. I am in total distress and all anybody can tell me on the other end of the phone for someone else's mistake that is working for BCBS cause you have a Monopoly on healthcare is wait for 7months for open enrollment.

I feel like the senior citizens have to fight in a war to live after retirement cause this country don't give a damn about us. So to you that is reading this you might make

It to the age of 64 or you might not but hopefully no one will do the disservice to you that Carol Lloyd did to me.

Thank for my faith in God that this too shall past. And maybe l will fine a law office to stand up for this horrible disservice you are doing to the seniors of today.

Blue Cross Blue Shield does a terrible job! If I ask one customer no service a question and it doesn't seem right, I will call the second customer no service person and get a different answer. This has been going on since I have been with them. I even had one supervisor yell at me and say she wasn't going to help me because the customer service person can do that. WRONG! I told her, not when they give me 2 different answers to the same question!!! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED! They can't get our premium notices out to us on time. They didn't get the Dec. 2018 one out until Dec. 27th!!!!!! Way to go!!! Then when we make a change in plans they can't get that straight even sending a copy of the letter they sent me explaining what they were doing! I don't know who runs this place but they need to be fired! I can't get in touch with the corporate office no matter what I do, it's always back to CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD OR YOU WILL BE FIGHTING THEM EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes,tired of all these franchise's calling using other people's phone number and when u ask where they at they hangup.and all foriegner answering the phone .Thinking it could be ya,ll.So now I'm going to tape all calls with numbers and conversations .Because I,m going to hire a lawyer and sue this company.So y'all either stop calling me are the franchise's.anoying and very agrevating.your choice

Ditto what others have said. If I wanted to change my insurance provider, Blue Cross Blue Shield would be the last company I would ever consider. Your marketing program is causing senior citizens to have a very negative effect. During the enrollment period, having three plus phone calls a day from you is outrageous.

Everyday, sometimes three and four times, I receive annoying phone calls from solicitors about Blue Cross-Blue Shield.

The calls are always recordings. It's so bad, I try to block the numbers. However, you can tell it is extreme harassment because they must have hundreds of numbers they call from. It's too the point that I am trying to determine what legal avenues I can take to stop it. Because of it, I would never consider this company because of the low tactics used. Also, I plan to spread the word to as many friends and family members as possible in hopes they will continue to spread eventually preventing others from enrolling in the company's insurance because of the tactics used.

IN 1982 i HAD BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD. i WAS FORCED TO HAVE AN EPIDURAL BY THE NURSE PULLING ME OFF THE TABLE . THE BABY WAS CROWNED AND HER HAND WAS CAUGHT NEAR THE PELVIC BONE. MY FEET IN THE STIRRUPS, MY LOWER BACK AND REAR WERE OFF THE TABLE WITHOUT SUPPORT.

BECAUSE THEY LET SOMEONE DELIVER THE BABY WITHOUT A LICENSE HE DID NOT READ THE SONOGRAM TO SEE HER LITTLE HAND CAUGHT , BETWEEN THE PELVIC BONE AND SOMETHING.i EXPRESSED MY ANGER ABOUT THIS THEY DID NOTHING.

LATER THIS SHOWED UP AND HAND HAS A HAND DEFORMITY THEY HAD TO HAVE, THE WRONG FILE. 900.00

ST JOSEPHS HOSPITAL, ORANGE.CA YOUR INSURANCE DID NOT EVEN PAY FOR IT. ALLERGAN- 1982

Mr. Bulla,

What is going on with the BCBS customer service number at (hidden)? I have been on the phone daily for at least 2 weeks and about 2 1/2 hours per day trying to reach someone about our coverage, questions and now I am cancelling. No way am I happy with this service.
