The tech came out a week ago and unclogged my toilet but i feel he was lazy and did a poor job because now my toilet is clogged again and now they want to charge me up to $275 to unclogged it again. This is poor business and all that i am asking that they give good customer service and please unclog the toilet for me at no cost. This all should of been done the first time. I will never recommend Chas Roberts to anyone. I hope corporate reads this and gets in touch with me. Ken Anderson also gave poor customer service.
