I have been a customer since 1985 only because I don't have a choice. Comcast has treated me and all other cable customers more shabbily than imaginable.
I choose a tier of channels based upon those programs that are of value to me. One by one, without notice or apology, they strip my tier to bare bones while charging me the same price. The phone line representatives lie to customers, which I resent the most.
Hello,I am very disappointed in my xfinity I had to have someone come out six times to fix things and my phone still not 100%. Then someone was suppose to come out to talk about the alarm system the person never came never call to say they was not coming. The quality of service is the worst. What is going on. I feel I need to look in another company
