Purchased Samsung Blue Ray Disk Players (3) of them approx 6 mos ago. Working fine until last week, all 3 no workie! Called my ISP and they checked all of their equipment. All A-OK .. Called Samsung .. They had me go through all the tests and said it was the time and date setting on the ISP's equipment. Called the ISP back and time date was A-OK on Modem. Called Samsung back (Now I am pissed!). they finally admitted the problem was theirs. Apparently, the last update on the equipment had problems and none of them are working presently. They did not know if they would be repaired or not. What a way to run a company. Called Costco and no-one there including the operator. Wow, Fridays off I guess. Tiem to switch to Amazon!
