I used to work at Eaton. Last week I was sent home because of almost having a seizure. And the have a a safestart saying but never fellow it special human resource lady. They make you work more than 14 days in a row. I made my hour up for missing but since I was a temp I didn't have to. The supervisor. Toms it was ok because he didn't want his employees to come in fatigue so make up the hours but human resource sisnt like that. She fired me because musing days but I made my hours up. I really think human resource needs to read the safestart.
I use to work for Eaton as a temp and I had loved my job. But it became so messy until it made you feel alone and uncomfortable to work there. I was being tormented as a person there but continued my job and I was talked about because I wouldn't allow people to get to me. So the only way they thought was to hurt me was to lie on me. I had did nothing wrong but the so called hr believed liers anyway and the person had everyone that I worked with lie on me but she got promoted to supervisor.How? I thought was unfair and cruel to treat someone in that way. And if this is what "Eaton" is all about I definitely would not recommend anyone to work there because of the messy environment. But if I got fired and I was in the wrong how was I able to get my unemployment? Weird isn't it? Cause I did nothing wrong because unemployment don't give unemployment benefits to people who were in the wrong of getting fired. But the whole thing was hurtful and unfair.
