Hello! I want to say that Graybar has been outstanding to me and my company! I also would like to say that people make up a company. In the Charlotte location I have called several times and the receptionist is unprofessional and does not know how to answer the phone. I almost feel like hanging up and going to a competitor. I have waited over 2 years to email this response thinking the receptionist would get better. I would like to see improvement there. If the receptionist doesn't like her job, I'm sure there is a future employee who knows what Graybar wants in a relationship with their customers. Like I said before, when representing a huge company like Graybar, you want your highest regards and best mannerism talking to the customer. Thank you for listening.
