I purchase a brand new compressor with in one month the compressor did not work AGAIN.. You cant reach ANYONE is the worst customer service I have EVER seen.. An employee of Lennox who retired and has since passed away went I acknowledged for his funeral. Big corporations nowadays don't care for individuals like they used to. This man put well over 20+ yrs of dedicated service into this company. Even employees didn't come to his funeral for fear of receiving "points" against them. Shame on you. I'll take my business elsewhere. Was always a fan of Lennox products, but no more.

Their own dealers ( Lennox ) in my area ( Tucson AZ ) are recommending consumers NOT buy their Lennox A/C units as they have HUGE defects, Like electrical circuit boards that fail and kill the unit ! and are NOT reliable! why don't they fix these issues? They have been ongoing for years !
As a consumer, it is a NIGHTMARE to try to get to talk to someone! virtually impossible! I will write a letter to the CEO and send it to his home address as maybe he can be made aware of the issues and try to have these issues addressed!
Maybe someone reading this will realize that there are HUGE issues w/ your home A/C heat pump systems and find a way to get this to the CEO ? he is ill served by the underlings who are covering UP the truth and NOT fixing the issues !

I just want to share with you that I bought my house in 1989. "That I know of, this house was built in 1986. It has a Lennox Ac unit... It is still running.. I will be needing one soon, but this ac has been so faithful I feel guilty letting it when still running. I expect your product is still as good or better. Thank you. Susana Lopez, Cleburne TX
I purchased two 5 ton AC units for my Florida home. I did not buy the most expensive, but the 2nd place. Both installed by ECM-Florida. I was notified about the Thomas v. Lennox about coil failures. Well, I had to file a claim to get two new coils due to erosion with less than 4 years of use. New coils were installed 9/23/2017. On 11/1/2018 my upstairs unit failed, leaked water to pan and is currently inoperable! One would think they would ensure that coils installed due to this lawsuit would last longer than 13 months! I would never buy another Lennox product even if they were free. Pure junk.
This is not a review. After being a LENNOX dealer in Bowling Green, Ohio, Albuquerque New Mexico, and Indianapolis IN over the past 30 odd years,I was fascinated in reading the history of the Co.. I knew John Noris and respected him greatly. He even stoped by our dealership as he went thru Bowling Green . As I read thru the history I couldn't help the very! brief paragraph on the PULSE. I sold and replaced a bunch of them.There failure was a great disappointment to our whole team at LENNOX and all the dealers. I have one of the son of pulse brass and several other memory items , including a lapel pin of lenny lenox,several bank trucks and belt buckles. 1 year and 3 months ago a heating and ac system were installed in my home. Mexicans installed and even though they are good workers it was very hard to understand them. I noticed the ac conditioner sounded loud but just went oh well. My son in law came over and said it was really loud also. Well, after other comments, i finally called A#1 and last Friday, September 29th, 2 english speak employees came out. The agreed my unit was very noisy and it was probably a bearing. He asked if I had the bill and I dug it out. He told me parts were under warranty for 10 years, but labor was only good for 1 year. He said that was all he could do for me and if I wanted to go further I should contact a manager. That afternoon I talked to Dottie at (hidden). I told her my complaint and she said she would have someone contact me on Monday, October 2nd. Today is the 5th of October and no one has called me yet. This is a defective unit. Should I have to pay anything to get it repaired? Why aren't they calling me back?
I purchased a Lennox AC for my home.I had a service checkup to find out they used a defective evaporator coil and they have a class action suit going on.I am trying to get my money back.Not happy.
I also have the defective coil . No I mean no one will call or help me on this . What do I do ? You sent me a claim number with paper work about the law suit . You say you will send me a claim form .
