I am dealing with a broken LG fridge too that is 2 1/2 years old. Was able to get A&E out here to find it is the compressor. I have been calling for 2 weeks but at least 4 1/2 hours worth of calls. They cannot find anyone to repair in the South Carolina either! Their customer service is horrible and they tell me that I cannot talk to a supervisor or manager. So frustrating and we have a LG dishwasher too......Anonymous

I feel your pain. I too have gone without a refrigerator since February 2020. I have been given the run around. La donna Jackson is no longer with the company. I was referred to Carlise Stewart. i called back today and no one from Executive Services was available to take my call. Nor was there anything in the system in regards to refunding me my money. Never again will I buy an LG. Unfortunately, i have a washer and dryer by them as well..smdh!Anonymous

Same here! Fridge died in February. Declared dead by their LG technician in April. Submitted my original invoice for reimbursement purposes (4yr old fridge still under warranty). Now it's the run around game. I reported all this to the BBB to no avail.Anonymous

All these issues. Warranty means nothing I guess. They also do not list corporate office number.
A lawsuit from all these complaints will get the attention.

SAME SHOES after 4 calls to the Philippines we still don't have our compressor this is the worst company I have ever delt with in my life they are rude now making sounds over the phone so they can force us to hang up I WILL NEVER BUY LG AGAIN!!Anonymous

Im in the same boat! Just keep getting the run around that they cant find anyone in my area, ( live between Milwaukee and Chicago). I get the same response everytime I talk to someone new, somebody will contact you within 3-5 business days...Anonymous

Same **** w me. Im currently on hold for the millionth time and several escalations. Worthless company. None of the repair shops will even touch an LG product because they all keep breaking. And then LG won't pay them. I was also told there is a class action lawsuit going on right now for LG refrigerators. Because they don't last longer then 2 and a half years..Anonymous
