I've never purchased anything from Bloomingdales and honestly after this disaster of a purchase I never will again. I ordered sunglasses online, they came packaged in a SOFT BUBBLE MAILER not wrapped in protective packaging AT ALL. The glasses were bent on one of the arms. I wanted to get an exchange for, you know, a pair of sunglasses not bent or broken but a return was my only option. Not only did they not refund my FULL AMOUNT, when I attempted to contact customer service I was put on hold and then hung up on after being told there was no one to take my call. Emails to customer service received the same response. They even had the gall to send me a customer satisfaction survey after my email was ignored. I have never had this experience before in my life. I am making sure everyone I know knows not to shop at Bloomingdales ever again.Anonymous

Bloomingdale's is not the wonderful store it used to be. So sorry about that. Going to Nordstrom from here on.
