I have to agree with everyone here! This is the worst company on the planet!!! I have been an Earthlink customer for 19 years, and now all I get in my in-box is SPAM!!! And not just BS spam, but embarrassing spam headers that are so bad, that I cannot open my email in front of anyone anymore. Their Tech Support is BS. They will not take responsibility for this issue, and are too stupid to create any kind of code to block these OBVIOUS TO A MONKEY, spam domains. I've had it, and will drop my Earthlink mail address.

In order to make any revenue, Earthlink has sold our names to spam companies, which they will deny. And if they have not, then at the very least they have sold access to our email accounts by turning a blind eye to obvious spam.
Today I received over 50 spams, just this morning. There are more to come by end of day, for sure. I block them every day, and more arrive the next day with new domains. It is a whack a mole time suck. And they should be doing this for their customers, not me doing it for them. All they do is tell me my mailbox is full, and my spamblocker list has reached it's limit. Duh, what a bunch of morons. FINAL WARNING: EARTHLINK IS A SCAM!Anonymous

I could not agree more!!! And even worse then that is the CONSTANT LATENCY! More often then not I cannot open or send emails!! I cannot even begin to count the number of lost hours when well craft and thought out emails evaporate in the 20 minutes they float in nowhere land because of latency, only to vanish all together.
Not only do they have the nerve to charge for a service which their far superior competitors provide for free, but they don't even manage to provide the service! They rely on shucks like me, who signed up 20 years ago and can't deal with all my contacts needing to be provided with a new address!
