I went to the dollar general in star, ms around 3:00pm. They started having trouble with their system like always. We waited in line for 10 minutes but no one was complaining. Out the nowhere the manager told a customer that she knows that it we don't want to wait we can leave. No one deserved that today. It is not our fault that their systems went down. I'm so tired of bad attitude. It's ridiculousAnonymous

I was just in the Dollar General at 3900 Hemphill St. in Ft. Worth,TX. When I walked in there was a horrible BO smell. I thought maybe it was from a customer and that once I was on another aisle it would get better. However, the smell was obviously from an employee because it permeated the whole store. My daughter who was with me had on a mask and was still finding it hard to tolerate the stench. I have severe asthma and cannot restrict my breathing with a mask, especially when it's 106 degrees outside and still hot and humid inside. Just about the time we decided that it was too disgusting in your store to even stay long enough to grab what we came for and pay for it one of your workers YELLED at me from across the store that I needed a mask. I SURE DID BUT NOT FOR THE REASON SHE WAS IMPLYING. I NEEDED ONE TO TRY TO BREATHE WITH THE STENCH IN YOUR STORE. I explained that I have a health problem and can't wear one, but she continued to scream at me to leave. I started to leave but it made me so angry that I found her and let her know that the governor's order makes an exception for those who can't wear a mask for health reasons. I then left and will not be back again. EVER. This store never keeps the hours posted on the door. This is the last straw. The Dollar Generals in Ft Worth used to be a good option if you needed something quick instead of standing in a long line somewhere else. Now they're just ghetto stores.
