You cannot get anyone on the phone. They continue to increase the rates almost every year. Received an email that they are going up again. This is very insensitive during this time of the Pandemic, lost wages, etc. I do not feel that Public Storage is concerned with anything except their bottom line and not the consumer. Very sad.Anonymous

Yes and they inform you two days before the bill is due. If that's not trying to steal your stuff, I don't know what is. Ive got a surprise for them tho.
