We have started the process of a Class Action Law Suit. Dropbox charged me $750 for a business account for a whole year, for 5 people... never in my life have I set up a business account and I only use their monthly $15 plan.

They by no means will be refunding myself or paypal. I have requested the name or business that the claim or now Civil lawsuit (as it seems like alot of people had this situation) to proceed. I have contacted local SF lawyers also.

How do I join the law suit? I too am being charged for an account I do not have! I did try the 30 day trial under my main email, I cancelled it before the trial ended and discovered more charges. Dropbox is charging me under my recovery email address, which I did not authorize or sign up for! Unable to speak to anyone about it, no response to my email regarding the issue! No subscription is showing up for me to try to cancel under either email address! Such horrible business practices!Anonymous

I have charges on my card for someone else's account. I have sent email requesting they cancel the account and return my money since the account was open fraudulently with my credit card info. I have not received anything from them after two weeks and like 5 emails.
