Dropbox fraud advice...write Dropbox a Certified Letter cancelling Service. Get return receipt postcard sent to you. Send to their corporate offices. Equifax did the same type of fraudulent billing and the certified letter and receipt will protect you. File a claim with Better Business Bureau. File a claim with States Attorney Generals for Interstate Fraud.
