I purchased a craftsman riding mower a few years ago, and i have had to have it worked on almost monthly..I have purchased the extended warranty for the mower, and i was told that if it has to be repaired 3 or more times in a month, they consider it a lemon and they will replace it. I have a case number, but now I can't get anyone to help me..loke others, I just keep getting transferred over and over, and now I can't even get a person on the phone. I have been a customer of sears for over 50 years now, this isn't how you keep customersAnonymous
