1. My delivery was scheduled for a window of 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. I got a text saying they were on the way at 6:30 AM. The warehouse is 30 minutes from my house.
1 year, 3 weeks and 5 days
2. The delivery guy dropped a very heavy piece of furniture on my tile floor.
3. They delivered the WRONG furniture. When I called "customer service" I was told they pulled the wrong furniture at the warehouse. They will not bring the correct furniture for a week because it is inconvenient to deliver if they don't have other deliveries in my area. So I have a box of furniture in my living room for a week due to their mistake. I called the salesman that sold me the furniture in Gulfport, MS. He said his manager was working to resolve the problem and would call me. No call came.

the people in the warehouse don't care what they pull but in Fact the contractor who delivered it paid for a rtg employees mistake by the company charging him since your upset
