I have been trying to activate a new line of service for over 2 hours now. The incompetence is really shocking. There was only one lady that knew how to do her job. Yet that didn't stop the **** from the financial department from coming off all cynical and high and mighty. Hey news flash, you are the only one that likes to hear your self talk. Everyone else is not stupid, they are just annoyed. ATT has the worse automated service, that just sends you in this impossible circle to navigate. Their website is beyond user friendly. And their employees are poorly trained. You get what you pay for. Which apparently ATT does not.Anonymous

Agreed!!! Foreigners answering the questions and they don't understand the language. Don't use AT&T. Cheaper elsewhere anyway.
