ashamed of GEICO. They made do on their promise of a 15% discount due to Covid 19, but at the same time raised rates almost equally to the discount. I have been with this company for more than 15 years and I am now looking for another insurance company. I'm a disabled Veteran and survive on a fixed income, what they are doing is totally wrong, especially to loyal custom.. . .,

I am looking for another insurance company. My fiance who has them and so do I. Had someone hit her while sitting at a red light. It has been three days and no call from the appraiser after calling her and the supervisor five times. Her car is drivable but it was towed due to her being taken away in an ambulance. The other driver was also a Geico customers. They absolutely are the worst. And I will drop them in the next few days.Anonymous

I agree, but all insurances have either raise their premiums or lower their multiple discounts to cover their so-call COVID-19 discount, beware that the change you are seeking is far worse to where you are now.
