I ordered a rug from Home Depot. It was never delivered. Tracking said it was in Houston. Just sat there for nearly a week. I first called the number listed on the tracking. information. That person told me to call Houston. The person in Houston stated, "Oh we don't have it. It went to Corpus Christi." So, I called Corpus Christi. That person was EXTREMELY rude. He told me, "Houston is lying to you. We don't have it." I asked him what to do next. He said to call Home Depot and have them send me another rug. REALLY!!! I asked him why Home Depot would do that, as they weren't responsible for losing it and why should it cost Home Depot another rug without compensation from AAA Cooper. He said he really didn't care what I did, but he couldn't help me. If you ship things, don't you think you should be responsible for them getting to the right person?? I see that G.Mack Dove has Christian ties. What a hypocrite.

My experience with AAA has been very good. Any driver that has delivered or picked up at our business are always very nice and neatly dressed. Your Birmingham City drivers are the hardest working drivers that I have seen. I would actually say they are over worked. I know your goal is keeping your customers pleased but I think it would benefit your company if you took a step back and made sure your drivers are taken care of. Without your excellent drivers it's hard to keep good customers. Your drivers are good to their customers and they deserve the same in return.
