I was working with the internet sales manager Burce Bressler last week on the purchase of a 2017 Ford F-150. We sent each other a few emails back and forth and he was finally able to get me the monthly payments that I was comfortable with. He told me on Wed 3/9/2017 that the vehicle was at the other lot and he had to have it brought over to his lot. I called him the next day on this vehicle, He told me that I would need to come in to fill out the paperwork first and that they will deliver the vehicle to me on either Friday or Saturday. Keep in mind that I have never seen this vehilce and have never test driven it. I said to Bruce Bressler " I don't even get to see this vehicle or test drive it first to see if I like it?" He said "No, that's just the way we have to do it". I told him to forget it and that I will take my business else where. Who runs a business like this. Oh yeah, Bruce mentioned to me during our conversation that I was saving 6 thousand dollars on this vehicle as if I was doing something wrong by doing so. This is the worst customer service that I have ever exprerienced. I could not believe that he would think that I was so dumb that I would outright purchase a vehicle that I have never seen or test driven. All I can say is WOW!
