I'm very disappointed in my floors in my Cavco home. I've contacted customer service many time since I moved in Oct 2016. There are lumps in the floor in the living area and hallway. They did finally send someone to try to fix it in Sept 2017, but they were unable to fix it. There has been no follow up since that time. I feel the company policy is to put off difficult repairs until the customer gets tired of trying to get service and gives up.
