To Whom it May Concern

My family and friends are dedicated customers we will go out of our way to shop and purchase things from you stores. However I am very disappointed in your service. Sunday night our refrigerator broke and in desperate need Monday morning went to your store and purchased one your employee told us she could not get it to us until Thursday when it came it was damaged to the metal on the door the delivery man said he could have one to us by Saturday when the lady called us she said she could not get it to us until Tuesday we are not the kind of people who just purchase appliances just because. My family has been living out of coolers since Sunday night. This is the most unexceptionable thing I've ever uncounted.

Thanks a lot for being a dedicated customer

I went to a home depot today in Newark,CA. I been going there for a while and never have I been treated bad over a price match. The employee there said I can't get a price match only with competitors! When on the home depot website it said that home depot will do price match with any retailers! Something needs to done about this matter or talked to the store. Home depot shouldn't be giving their customers a hard time when it strictly says it on there page that they honor price match. When I tried to show the phone to the lady. She straight up ignored me..worst customer service ever.

There is an employee at the Vernon Hills IL location who exemplifies all an employer could ask for. His name is Borneo. While we were building our house he reliably and consistently helped us each and every Home Depot visit.

He is extremely knowledgeable, professional,courteous and will go out of his way to assist the customer. We will wait for his assistance; he's so helpful.

Our home is finished now, but I was there last week and he helped with a hardware question. When the wait was long to get help cutting a piece of plywood, he took the initiative to help.

He's the BEST!

Worst Customer service experience I have ever had. I took my chainsaw to Home Depot store 2487 in Blaine, Minnesota for a tuneup. Alex told me it would take 3 weeks to repair. I was charge 18.95 and gave them the saw. I started checking after two weeks and was told at various times that it was not done, later I was told it was in transit. I was told the repair center was in Chicago. Today 3 weeks and 5 days after I gave them the saw, I called again and was given the run around. I spoke with a store manager and he told me that there was nothing they could do, I told him that Home Depot had my property and that I wanted it back now or I wanted a replacement. I again asked for a phone number, again - don't have, OK gave me the repair ticket number, (hidden)5304910, OK now an address of where it was shipped to, long silence then finally here is a phone number (hidden). When I called that number a lady answered Home Depot repair center. I gave her the repair ticket number and asked where it was, I was told that it shipped LTL (Semi truck) on May 8th and that it can take 10 to 14 days to ship from Indianapolis to Minneapolis. I don't know what route that driver takes must be via Boston, San Francisco and then to Minneapolis!!

I am about to make a 7K lumber purchase and one thing for sure, I will buy it anywhere but at Home Depot!

Worst Service I have ever received. I purchased $5,000.00 worth of appliances to be delivered and installed. The delivery happened on time. I waited all day for the installers which never came. I called the local Pocatello Idaho store and talked to Meagan who is over installations. She claimed that they tried to contact me but I did not answer the phone and that my voicemail was full. I never answered because they never called. Wants to set up another day for installation, take another day off that I cannot afford to do. Poorest service ever. Pocatello Idaho store. I will never purchase anything from again. Lowes will get all my money!

I've never visited a more difficult site ever!! Every time it takes me 15-20 minutes to just get close to what I'm looking for the it tells me I made an error locating the correct store. This is after I finally found what I was looking for. It's been this way for a long time!!! Sad.

Now it is my turn I am resolutions expediter. I am the person you talk to when the first CSR Rep tells you something and you don't believe them and you are transferred to me only to be told the same thing. I have all the powers of a supervisor, but I don't manage people I just take care of the people who call in. Just like those complaining here about Home Depot what I am about to write is just a small sliver of HD customers. Most are just your average guy/gal that works hard and loves HD Even most of my calls the customers are great but there are exceptions just like at HD and having a not to pleasant experience. Lets get started. We don't do address changes if you don't take the time to make sure your address is correct then that is not HD fault. Fraud is rampant online. I would hope you would not want your item diverted to another address because someone called in and said that its going to the wrong address? We send you an email within a minute of placing your order read it has your address, verify your address if it is wrong call us or use the cancel option. For that matter read all your emails when you place an order. If your order is cancelled and we email, you and you don't read it that's not our fault it is yours don't call 2 weeks later asking where you item is because you didn't read your email oh and don't lie and say you never got it. We can even tell when you open your email and read it. If you use a gift card to place an order DON'T THROW THEM AWAY WTF? This happens all the time. What happens if there is an issue, and you have to reorder? If you use a Visa gift card and it has $100.00 on it, that doesn't mean HD will cover the cost of rest of the item. If the total is $101.00 even $100.01 it wont go through. I get a call every other week with someone like that. The computer sees numbers, that is all, if your item is 100.00 then there better be enough to cover that total up to a $100+tax also register your card before ordering on line, it's the website on the back of the card. We verify by billing address if it is not there your order won't go through and you will have to wait up to 10 business days to get your money back not us it's the card company we only ask for an authorizations Most of these cards come with instructions read them. Open your package that you ordered when it arrives!!! Things break in transit, if you get a composite sink and you get it 3 weeks before your contractor comes to measure your counter tops and you open it up when he gets there, and it is broken that's your fault. We will get you a new one, but we can't send it overnight. Also if your doing a big project don't wait 4 months to open your vanity to see it is damaged and then expect to get another one overnighted For one it's a 90 day return policy and two we can't overnight a 200lb vanity on a plane We don't guarantee delivery and no where does it say that on our website, so stop calling in saying I order this and your website guaranteed it by this date. No it says get it by but not guaranteed most have a delivery window of a few days. We see everything!!! Don't call in and lie and say this is the 10th time you have called when it's the 3rd every second and what has been done on your order is on our screen. That will not help you. Don't yell and scream at us, we get you are frustrated by being a man and literally scream so loud you sound like a woman and we can't understand what you saying will not help your case. Treat us how you would like to be treated and that goes a long way, we have broad powers and latitude to help our customers but there is no rule on how much, the better you treat us the better you get treated the person you are yelling at had zero to do with your order nor caused the problem that you are calling about Don't call at 10 PM asking where your package is..? I have had people call me at 1030 asking me to call the delivery driver and ask him where their package is .. it doesn't work that way. Also although HD is staffed to take calls 24/7/364 days a year not every vendor we use does. Use some common sense please. If you are having an issue about a product call us during business hours not at 1030 at night. Oh and if a package says it is delivered by UPS or FedEx it is considered delivered!!! Don't call up and say I ordered a $500 power tool and it says it was delivered and you don't see it send me another one. Once it leaves the truck it is no longer HD responsibility. We don't pay for stolen items. If you are not going to be home don't have a $500 delivered come on, we all know about porch pirates and theft. Send it to the store so you can get it. File a police report call and we can investigate but where not sending another.. Returns: HD has a generous return policy but don't throw a fit if you try to return something that's 2 years old and we don't honor it. I could go on and on but these are just a small sampling of things that customer do that people on here never hear about that HD members have to deal with. Thank you for your business..

Well maybe you can help me! I purchased a refrigerator on 4/26/19 and it was scheduled for delivery between 2:30-6:30 on 5/2/19. I received a phone call at 3:30 stating the driver was running approximately 30 minutes behind schedule and would be delivering my appliance closer to 7pm. I never received a phone call or my refrigerator! I spoke with an assistant manager this morning and after looking it up in the system it merely showed they were running late! I left the store and he called me 2 hours later stating that the earliest my delivery could be rescheduled is 5/9/19! if my delivery was on that truck last night it should have been sitting at my house first thing this morning! I have a family of 5 and to expect us to go an entire additional week without a refrigerator is absolutely ridiculous!

I wanted to acknowledge two of your employees at the Decatur, AL store. I was frustrated after leaving another store with extremely poor customer service and Rocky and Joey Davis turn my frustration into pure joy! They were the most, kind and helpful men and they need to be recognized. Because of them, I will now be a loyal Home Depot customer! I took their picture and shared it on my Facebook page for the Facebook world to see how impressed I was with their service......

Calling jus to one of your stores here in Boca Raton Florida its just frustrating. After 45 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone, finally someone answer the phone and transfer my call again to a limbo where I got disconnected. I promised myself never, never ever put a foot in one of your stores. I PREFER TO GO TO LOWE'S.

I'm A home depot customer. I started a kitchen project . I went. Canon city store. To start my kitchen. Talked to an employee. He was very helpful at first. Spent $3000 so far. The employee said they would always have the stuff so we could finish. Went back. And guess what. The same employee told me. WE DONT CARRY WHAT YOU NEED. ITS. BEEN DISCONTINUED. So I have a half assed finished kitchen. I was told. YOU WILL HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET WHAT YOU NEED. Go SOMEWHERE else. I'll surely go somewhere else from now on to finish the rest of my house. Gary F
