I have been a Home Depot shopper for over 25 year, I love this company. I find myself at odds right now because I have an issue as to how the Corporate office has allowed the manger in the Albany store #155 1219 Westover Blvd

Albany, GA mishandle employees with sever health issues and disabilities, and has shown discrimination in many ways. This manager boldly say what the home office can't tell him to do in His store concerning anyone.

This individual has worked for Home Depot for many years. He loves working for Home Depot and is a very dedicated worker.

He has had several heart issues and has received a number of bypasses within the last couple of years. Even more issues since working under this manager.

Managers do not notice what their employees that go above and beyond do such as a cashier that is not floor associate helps customers find what they need a cashier that is not a loader instead of having a customer wait a long time in the heat for a loader to come loads the vehicle themselves or even if that employee is a few min. Late gets a coaching or write up but yet that employee is always 15 ,20 , 30 min. Late getting off cause hes helping management and customers who has worked all days off for a month straight but yet the second he s 15 min late to work or anything that goes against them whos told oh you have been rewarded but yet no reward wont even let that employee who has a family to feed move up in the company not even just to give him full time ..___-

Work ass off for the company hardly get recognized for it help customers beyond what a cashier should do help load their vehicles help them find what their looking for and covers shifts working a month straight working days off so the store would have coverage to keep customers satisfied and get no credit for anything that goes out of my way to help customers so they dont go to our competitors im done ..... Looking for new job starting tomorr___

I ordered a riding lawn mower for my son as a gift. I ordered it on 7/17 & paid the express delivery fee of $79.00 for the mower to arrive on 7/18. My son took a day off from work due to the delivery window; which was ridiculous 6AM to 8PM. Needless to say the mower didn't show up; and was told it would be delivered on 7/20 Saturday. HD refunded me the express deliver fee although it has not shown up on my account as of today. Saturday they delivered the mower. My son finds paperwork attached to the unit saying that the mower was in for repairs. Also he noticed that there was gas in the tank along with physical scratches, etc. I come to find that a repaired unit was sent and that they would replace the mower with another new one. Problem is, is that it is not new, they SEND FLOOR MODELS. If they offered pricing concession for floor models that would be fine if I was made aware of this. So now they tell me they will delivery the mower today after 5pm. When I called to make sure delivery was on time, I come to find they do not have a driver to deliver the mower after five. This is complete

Didn't do anything price wise or accessories. Yeah doing what? Commercial? As far as I am concerned my business with HD has ended. Just a bunch of illiterate assholes that refuse to accept responsibility & passes the problem to another idiot. I urge everyone not to order anything online from HD because they will send you floor models or repaired merchandise. They lost my business

Hello to whom ever cares,

I have had the worst experience ever buying appliances from the Home Depot.....Home Depot should not be in the appliance business!!!! I bought some appliances May 10th it is now July 22nd and I still don't have them (originally promised delivery on May 18th.....over two months later still don't have them!! It's such a debacle.... most people would not believe that any retailer could handle this in such a poor matter.....Home depot has zero say on there deliveries and are unable to help me get the appliances that I bought from them. The unorganized way that the appliance deliveries happens is appalling...No concern or effort to help the customer.....just plenty of "I am sorry" with not much action. Lowe's is much better at handling appliance sales and deliveries after the first debacle at Home Depot I special ordered the rest of my home appliances from Lowe's......they are already installed.....(same manufacturer) of appliances. I own rental properties and needed to change some appliances.

I have been shopping home Depot for over a decade. I am a maintenance manager for a large rental company and in the last month or so you have stopped carrying a large portion of what I need from lumber to garden and everything in between. You have phased out a large portion of plumbing electrical appliances flooring and so on these are parts and pieces that I use every day without this stuff I'm going to be forced to shop elsewhere. Whoever's making these decisions needs to realize contractors use home Depot as a one-stop-shop so to take these products away makes no sense to contractor like me.

COMPLAIN WHO IS APPLICABLE regards My name is Francisco Flores Ramos, service provider (Installer) No. 808 in the city of Puebla, where I have rendered my services in the 8735 store, where I was discharged since 2009, I have 9 years of service to the stores The Home Depot. I was sent separately from the store (from Anguelopolis) a few years to serve in the peripheral stores and the store of the capu as well as in the store of Tlaxcala, but in the month of March of 2017 I returned to work in the store of Anguelopolis with the coordinator Ramn Martnez (who never worked with him) the first two months everything was fine but the coordinator started to get what he is, I started to delay the payments, paying me a month or two months and I asked him which one was the reason and always answer that in Monterrey was wrong and / or do not do their job, that was his response from the coordinator, and taking confidence, flatly told me "IS THAT I HAVE ROOF TO MAKE YOUR BILL, WAIT FOR THE OTHER WEEK" (textual words of the coordinator) and not to the invoice, he had to talk to his boss (Manager Araceli) and PLEASE tell him to make the invoice and that bothered the coordinator who accused him, AND IF HE CALLED THE SR . RICARDO SANCHES more annoyed, said that I did not have to call him because I saw myself as conflictive, so, I ask you please check the coordinator because it is very abusive, ROBERTS the installers in the sense that gives visitors to customers for the smallest detail and not even notice, as well as discounts to customers in labor (when they complain that the store does not serve them well and if indeed they do not serve them well since the associates they are not trained) and Mr. Ricardo Sanchez but he does not take us into account and he does not even bother to interview the installers but I heard the installer's version, I think it IS ALSO PART OF HIS WORK, listening to the installers (listen to the other part); what the coordinators say to Mr. Ricardo Snchez takes it for granted (AND MORE IF IT IS FROM RAMON), and it is obvious that the coordinators are never going to tell him the truth! (THEY WOULD HAVE HIS WORK AT RISK) AND I HAVE HEARD IT PERSONALLY WHEN THEY SPEAK TO MR. RICARDO, THEY SAY UNHEAD LIES AND HE THINKS THEM, AND WHEN HE DISCOVES MR. Ramn does not notify the installers, when he passes us the order to invoice, he does not say anything, but he has already taken money from installation labor, or he does not pay the visits, as is my case. For these reasons I thanked him (for his abuses) in November of the year in the presence of the manager Mr. Eduardo (who is a very good professional manager and with much discretion) which angered Mr. Ramn to the degree that I falsify incidents and I present like 5 times what I had previously Mr. Ricardo Snchez and Mr. Jos Claseca (this mr. Sir, he also asked me for jobs, and then he paid me what he wanted (much less), that is already an abuse of trust, robbery. Ramn was told to pay me immediately (Mr., Eduardo and Mr. Ricardo Sanchez) and even then he paid me until the month, but even more, right now he is asking me to upload an invoice that he owes me, which means that he does not obey and does not do his job is a left, irresponsible, incompetent person, does not have moral ethics, has no professional ethics and he paid much attention to Mrs. Amalia Rosas who warmed her head with pure gossip, this lady does not work, she does not know anything, she wants to win the job with pure gossip. WE DO NOT COMMENT ON THEIR MOMENT BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY BENEGATIVE AND REMOVE ONE OF THE WORK AND ALL SAY THAT IT IS A PROBLEMATIC (as it is my case) It is the same case of the coordinator Gloria Beltrn from the store on Boulevard Norte where she ordered me to install half-frame doors, and I told her that she needed a full frame and she told me that she would not give me any material, that put what she had given me of material. The fact is that without telling me anything, he sends another installer to change the doors and he takes me 10,000.00 pesos out of work guarantee, when they charged very cheaply and he was going to give me 2500.00 pesos of labor. ONE DOES NOT SAY IT AT ITS TIME BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY BENEGATIVE AND THEY REMOVE ONE WORK AND ALL SAY THAT IT IS A PROBLEMATIC. In the case of the coordinator Antonio of the peripheral store that I have never worked with he is talking bad about me, "that I do not keep my guarantees" why the man was charging me a guarantee that he had a year and a half! And I wanted to charge 100%. I went to see what could be done (I went 2 times) and it came out that I could not solve it, that he called me, and now he blames me that I do not comply !, when the work was done with the previous coordinator (Coral Gonzales), to this date is already 3 years old. What I observe is that; THEY HAVE ANGRY THAT I CORRECT THEM IN THE THINGS THAT DO EVIL AND I ACCUSED THEM WITH THE MANAGERS, AND ANOTHER, THAT THE COORDINATORS MISTAKE GARRAFAL ERRORS AND WANT THE INSTALATORS TO PAY THEIR HERRORS AND IF WE DO NOT PAY WE REMOVE THE WORK (as it is my case) OSEA WASH YOUR HANDS WITH INSTALLERS. But they do not know how to work! They do not know about their work! They do not want to learn, they do not want to comply, they do not want to learn! They do not want to apply themselves in their work !! And many times they have told me IT IS THAT I DO NOT KNOW, IT IS SUPPOSED THAT THEY SHOULD ALSO KNOW AND ALSO THE PROFESSIONALS !!, They do not know how to respond to the client, if the client says it is wrong, (when the client does not he knows nothing of the work) the coordinators only repeat, "it is that the client says that the work is bad" (AND THE COORDINATOR WHERE IT IS, AND THE INSTALLER PUTS IT IN EVIL!) They take it for granted, and that is that They know how to give an answer to the work, they will never supervise! and what is worse, they are not going to check what is supposedly wrong! I make the observation; the installers put them on the floor (the coordinators, to cover up their mistakes), which are the worst, that THE INSTALLERS ARE THE PROBLEM! But the problem is inside, if I leave and all your problems are fixed, I would gladly go. They also say that there are no installers but with those deals anybody goes !. I tell them (I'm not upset) what happens is that they are people (coordinators) who only have secondary or high school or have careers that are not commercial or administrative and HOME DEPOT PAYS THEM VERY WELL! and another job like that, with that salary, they can not find it! That is why they act abusively, arrogantly, haughtily, abuse their position (the coordinators), I do not say that they run, but that they relocate them, paying 1200.00 a week, 2400.00 a fortnight. Ramn Martnez is the leader, who moves the village coordinators and manipulates Mr. Ricardo Martinez and they already agreed to speak ill of me, to slander me and take my job, I've been nine years, if it was wrong since when they had run me (all for returning to the store in Anguelopolis). Ramn Martnez has already done a witch hunt with me and they are taking me out (removing work) out of sheer gossip, saying that customers complain about me. I WAS ALSO ASKED FOR MONEY Ramn AND AS I DID NOT WANT TO GIVE HIM, HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO LOSE THE WORK, WHICH WAS IF I DID NOT GIVE HIM, Tlaxcala where everything is fine and they pressed the coordinator to take my job (no longer they are giving work, I have been without a job for a month), and all are pure gossip that Ramn Martnez is inventing to get me out, my jobs are very good and I have fulfilled in time and form, you can ask the coordinator of Tlaxcala Jaqueline Vargas; You You can check in the system if I had or have returns and in any of the stores where I worked and the complaints is a lie, on the contrary when I left Anguelopolis the clients were looking for me. Mr. Ricardo Sanchez already agrees (in that they take me out) because everything believes this coordinator Ramn Martnez who is the ringleader who moves the coordinators of Puebla with his gossip and has already convinced the sr. Ricardo Snchez I ask you to take my case into consideration, since I want to continue working for Home Depot, I am very comfortable AND I DO NOT HAVE COMPLAINTS as Ramn Martnez says, (and Ricardo Snchez) is a person with attitude problems, without moral ethics, without professional ethics, he does not mind trampling, humiliating others, blames others (installers) to justify his mistakes and ineptitude; but it is the school that learned from Mr. Arturo Salazar is a despotic, arrogant, haughty manager, abusive of his position, who also treats installers and their subordinates very badly, SUCH AS IT WOULD BE THE HOME DEPOT POLICY, good thing they moved him from the Anguelopolis store. And so far no one has said THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES, NO LONGER REQUIRED, SO IS HOME DEPOT TREATS ITS COMMERCIAL PARTNERS ?. After nine years, is that the treatment I deserve ?, I have no complaints, I do not have returns, you can check it in the system, please; and for gossip that take my job ?. Is not correct. The lords Arturo Salazar, Gloria Beltrn, Ramn Martnez, Ricardo Snchez, are the people, arrogant, abusive, arbitrary, rob the installers do not know of the work that you do!!, only charge by going to check, I get paid way too much for what they do and don't know anything and pay them much more than to a professional!!!

Love the products and services, but hate the unfair treatment of the employees in entry level positions. Shame on the manager in Albany store 155!

LaShadrick is supposed to be an manager but I've witness a few unprofessional things that he has done as a manager. I witness him tickling another associate until she fell on the ground and that was very inappropriate. She looked very uncomfortable. I asked her did she like that and she responded "no he's always messing with me but i try to act like it doesn't bother me so he won't treat me differently" I've asked him for help a few times and he will send me to some one else. So unprofessional.

IT IS apparent that you do not care about customers. PROBLEMS AND ZERO RATINGS ON AND ON YEAR AFTER YEAR. NO MATTER WHICH STATE. SAME BAD SERVICE. I CANNOT PICK UP ORDERS IF I CANNOT SPEAK TO THE STORE. I ALSO CANNOT MAKE ORDERS IF I CANNOT SPEAK TO THE STORE. THE LACK OF MATURE ADULT STAFF IS A MAJOR PROBLEM THE FOOLING AROUND AND HANG UP CALLS AND RUDE BEHAVIORS. CARE FOR CUSTOMERS, AND LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE AND ON IT GOES.

I went to my local where I have been going for over 20 years in San Bernardino, CA. Parked to get a load of plant supplies. Although there was a line of cars there it was not a problem until a Black Women pulled up. Lowe's has better pricing and customer service at the present time.
