Biggest joke of a company I have ever seen. You cold call people that actually do real work and make money so you can try to steal a few dollars. Craig is a scumbag and talks shit to potential clients because they don't want to use this shitty company. I suggest a large scale class action suit for wasting people times.

loan which amount is $ 600,000 united states dollars after my agreement to
their company terms and conditions and one significant thing i love about
this loan company is that they are fast.

Wish I had seen this page before hiring a HA "PRO"...what a disaster, Plumber was supposed to show up with 125' of sewer line auger. I knew from past experience that 100' was not enough and I already had rented 100' machine from Home Depot the day before. I paid him $220 in advance of him competing the job. He came with 100'...screwed around with it for a couple hours and accomplished nothing. He left to go get his :blow bag". Returned and stuck it about 4' into my clean out. After trying 4-5 times pumping it with my garden hose at full force, there was no visible change. I happened to have to go into the house and there WAS a change there!. The water he had been blowing into my clean out actually was backing up a "Y" further down the line and filled my tub up 6" and came out the base of the toilet flooding my bathroom and heading into the hallway. The plumber left with my money and my house filled with sewage. He said he'd pay out of pocket rather than submitting an insurance claim and authorized me to clean up the mess at his expense. He was to come back later to finish the job. I told him the cleanup could easily run into the $400+ range and he approved it. You probably can guess the outcome. I had it cleaned and submitted him the bill by mail a couple days later as he never came back to fix what he was hired to do and been paid in advance for. I ended up clearing the drain myself, including a 2nd blockage he caused when forcing sewage back up my tub's plumbing line. When the money was requested he claimed he never got it in the mail. I emailed it to him...still nothing. I demanded the $220 cash I paid him + time and materials for the cleanup of $453.52. I told him that whether the vanity which got its base wet had to remain an open item. Now that some time has passed, the base is falling apart so there ill be an additional $123.90 for a replacement vanity and labor I am being quoted of $175-200 by more HA contractors.. Total cost of using HA Plumber ... $997.42 and I got NOTHING for it but aggravation, lies and hassles. What did HA do about this? NOTHING...they contacted the contractor who refuses to pay. HA wants me to use their arbitration. Frankly I don't trust anything about HA so I will deal with it my way.. Oh yeah, almost forgot...HA does NOT check their "Pros" for insurance. These seem to be hacks who cannot get work any other way so they use HA to sell their poor services. This complaint is going to the BBB in Golden, CO also. If things change I will amend this otherwise B - E - W - A - R - E OF REFERRALS FROM HOME ADVISORS
Your company can not get a JOB DESCRIPTION TO YOUR CONTRACTORS RIGHT A GENTLEMAN CAME AND THOUGHT IT WAS A WOOD REPLACEMENT JOB , Specifically TOLD YOUR PERSON -COMPUTER THAT IT WAS A RECLINER ONCE A RECLINER THAT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED
Home Advisors inc has billed my company for over a thousand dollars for the wrong lead category. Do not use this company. Shame.

I recently had work done on my property from this company. It was awful. So unprofessional. 2 hours late. The contractor asking for money. Did follow up on job. The Agent did know what contractor was hire for me properly. I have to call to fine what company suppose to be working .Never will use this Homeadvisor again. Nightmare
They are a joke, they called me and made an appointment to call back the next day. They called back an hour after the scheduled appointment. I don't do this to my clients. Don't want to ruin my business working with people like this in the future. I ask for compensation for my time and they stated that was my problem not theirs.
Tucker, take satisfaction in the fact that HomeAdvisor does this to ALL of their vendors. You'd think they'd come to some sort of reality that those vendors are their source of income ... No wonder they have such a big class action lawsuite going on against them.
Your example, sadly, is only typical of HomeAdvisor's complete lack of sensitivity or understanding of their vendors. Suffice it to say ... you're not alone ... we tradesmen are ALL getting screwed by them.
I am a very disgruntled and disappointed vendor (biohazard and mold remediation). I tried desperately to talk with someone high enough up in the HomeAdvisor chain of command - someone in an actual decision-making position - to express my frustration with the company. (The HA Pro support team has NO power to make any decisions, nor is there a chain of command that they can pass real issues up to.) In November I finally tracked down the corporate VP of BusDev, who bucked me down to a BusDev Director (Lydell), who called but "was just SO busy that he was giving me 10 minutes strictly out of obligation to his boss." I discussed with him just how out of touch I thought the HA team was with their vendors, using mold remediation as the example. When I asked why not, dear Lydell didn't have a clue why HA should have product managers. He had never even heard of customer councils ("what are they?" he asked!!!) .... and he reinforced that his customer was the consumer. SO, I ask, where does your revenue come from? Certainly not the consumers ... but he just told me that I didn't understand.
I continue to be frustrated by HA's lack of knowledge, lack of involvement, and lack of caring about its vendors. The volume of horrible "leads" that I get continues unabated and I spend WAY too much time trying to get credit for such poor business. I was spending $7K/month for these leads and I'd have been willing to spend a LOT more if they just took the time to understand what's stopping me. And as has been sadly typical, it was met with silence and then Lydell who was completely clueless and out of touch with any form of reality.
Needless to say, I'm disappointed. In my 40 years in corporate America prior to starting my remediation company (instead of retiring!), BusDev WAS the key to understanding the customer and setting direction for future functionality and support. Obviously, that holds no value or sway at HA. Instead, their approach is without regard to their true customers - the vendors.

Ive been getting leads from home adviser for about 2 months now . Out 150 leads I talked to 30 out that I got 20 jobs . 5 leads wanted a specific licenced contractor. 3 bids I dient get 2 said I dont want anyone from I A C parent company.all the rest . They keep calling them. I had I bitch me out thought something was wrong with me . What the hell is wrong with stop calling me .
