Can not get any help regarding my cancer policy.Have made several calls.....
Mutual of Omaha offers a Prescription Drug Plan approved by Medicare. When you apply for it, nothing is said about who runs the plan. Unfortunately, Mutual of Omaha has nothing to do with running the plan. All calls are directed to Express Scripts and they totally control the plan. Looks like Express Scripts is paying Mutual of Omaha for the use of their name. We've had many issues with Express Scripts. The application on the Medicare web site didn't disclose the fact that the plan wasn't run by Mutual of Omaha and the approval letter didn't say it was working with Express Scripts. Real sneaky! I tried to escalate my inquiry/complaint to their corporate offices, but got roadblocked, so now I'm sending a letter to their CEO, Mr. Blackledge.
No wonder Indian took over our country. They are hard to understand on the phone but at least they respond to us. how you guys hire people? Disregarding customers concern , took forever to reply. complaint about job losses, first improve people who work in America. Then stop eating Donuts and visit your work floors to make sure they are awake at work. You have over 5,000 employees and nobody can answer the phone or follow up with the clients.
are you guys retarded it or what? i want a policy for my parents with no medical exam. they told me i can get a $25,000 policy. when i received the application which took me more than 2 months from USA to USA and a few calls. the application has options up to $10,000 only. we live in New York. what could you do with $10,000 in NY? you can't get the funeral and everything for $10,000. you could buy a house in Detroit for $10,000 but no shxt in NY. Please check the policy. i know the CEO won't read any of our concerns.
What a horrible company, i have invested in this company for many years and now regret ever doing business with them, lies, scams, abuse, mismanagement and fraud.
After seeing so many complaints and negative posting I now know why, to say i was shocked is an understatement, but i will no longer invest nor do business with them. I called waited nearly one hour on the phone and the representative could not help at all she was clueless.
They doubled dipped my account and paid them selves twice and had no idea how to correct it ?
Look up attorney general of insurance in your state, insurance co hate complaints from them as they have to respond in 48 hour
I had called this company for help with Medicare supplement plan, the asshole I talked to was named Brian Sagrim or Sugrim, the SOB ended up hanging up on me making me call back and go through entire call in wait time only to tell me that my dad wasn't approved due to pre existing conditions. I'm assuming the little bast*** didn't want to waste his time with me since he wasn't going to get a commission from talking to me. I wouldn't insure my dog with this sorry company after that experience. It may not hurt them from losing my future business, but I can tell you I know a hell of a lot of people, and I will promise you I will do everything in my power to talk sh*t about them and convince people I know to NOT ever do business with Mutual of FUCK*NG Omaha!
United of Omaha provided me 2 different fax numbers and can't get through with either one. Wonder if the numbers are legit????? Losing trust with this company....

They jam their TV commercials down your throat like every 10 minutes when your watching a TV show. If you need any kind of insurance the normal thing to do would be to call or go see your local insurance agent. Who the hell would take time out of their busy schedule to go to a seminar to talk about life insurance. What a bunch of retards these people are.

I use my back and hands because I am a construction worker
I do not sit at a desk nor do I run a piece of machinery

I do not know what else they need
Would rather be working
I can make twice the money compared to the disability check
If I even receive one

Have been trying to straighten out a Mutual of Omaha MISTAKE since MAY 1st...Spoke to 3 supposed supervisors who all SAW the mistake and yet here we are July 1st and NOTHING IS FIXED...I am sending a complaint to our Attorney General to report this bullshit! My advice to anyone..find a different company that can correct their mistakes in a timely fashion...IT should NOT take 3 months!!!!!!

To get that information you have to agree to be contacted by email, phone and cell phone.
The phone is no way to buy insurance .
Just mail or email me the quote and details..

i have been trying to get my short term disability checks after almost dying from a major illness. i have been of work for 3 months and i have only recieved two checks my claims rep always ask for extra papperwork for each check and avoid my calls by doing this i not only cant pay my hospital bills but im in jeapordy of losing my health insurance. my Doctor is getting irratated because they keep asking him to fill out the same papper work that he filled out twice already i fill like my claims rep. is trying to save her company money as i may die waiting for money to pay for my medicine
We have been having trouble with M of O in that the last two employees who went on short term disability were not put in M of O's system - and consequently- did not receive disability checks UNTIL I personally had to get involved and communicate directly with the claims supervisor. I do not think it is the Claims Sup's fault since it was not the same person each time but I think it is a deeper problem that corporate needs to address quickly. We will be leaving M of O after 15 years.
