I need someone in your Corporate office to call me about a dress I order from your company. I need a replacement for the dress for a smaller size and your customer service
reps keep telling me the issue is no longer available because it was so popular and it sold well. How can a company has such a popular item and it sold so well,not able to
get new merchandise in for sell. I not understanding that concept about how you buy your merchandise. I been a loyal customer for many years,buying your clothings over
the years. Now,that I need your help in getting this dress,I am told it can't be done. I need the dress for a wedding in April,2019. I was trying to get someone to go to the
vendor from which this merchandise was bought to see if they could sent you another shipment of these dresses. I need one as soon as possible,because I went out and
bought accessories to match this dress for my occasion (THE WEDDING). Please HELP. On the website page for the Corporate Headquarter,the phone number is not
valid,it is disconnected and not available. So it tell me you do not want to talk to your customers who's having problems. Pt send me an email regarding my concerns about

I call your customer service department about a dress I return for an exchange. I was told the original ordered would be return to me because the size I wanted was
no longer available or in stock. The dress was sold out and they would not be getting anymore of that dress. I call on 3/12/19,spoke to four different individuals in this
company and nobody could tell me what happen to my return dress, why the dress was not return to me as promise from one of your rep. According to the reps, a
request was made for the dress to be return to me when it got back to your Return department in the company. Nobody could tell me what's going on with this
request. I am writing this note or request for someone in your company to call me (hidden)) or email me (hidden)) to give me answer about
what happen to the merchandise I ordered. I am looking forward to talking with someone soon. This is my second request to your company for someone to contact me about my concerns and situation. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.
Worst company ever. Keeps billing for items already paid for...and adding on late fees. Buyer beware. I have contacted BBB and attorney general for help.
Over the holidays I ordered a pair of slacks. When I tried them on, they were at least three inches too long. I realized they were completely un hemmed. When I retired they I asked that I not be charged postage for a defective product. The company charged me. When I inquired by phone, my request was denied. When I asked to speak to I supervisor, the agent on the phone said she already had and there would be no reason for me to repeat the request.

Corporate Phone number and fax number are not in service! Cannot reach a person in authority with this company. Voicemail and email is useless. Customer service is unhelpful. 1/1/18 Order placed and charged. 1/3/18 Order status shows shipped via standard delivery 4-8 days. 1/4/18 Shipping confirmation from merchant email shows wrong color shipped from item color as ordered. 1/5/18 Inquiry as to why wrong color shipped. Customer service unable to see the shipping confirmation email, insists right color shipped. Agree to wait to see what actually arrives. 1/8/18 Email from Joyce can't locate the original shipping notice email. 1/11/18 Order still not arrived, tracking shows shipping company still awaiting it to be delivered to them from merchant. Multiple calls to customer service. No resolution. Unable to determine where order actually is. Requests for person in authority result in transfers to general voice mail line. Even after being told that supervisor Deborah was standing by on the other line multiple times! Calls to CEO number results in a not in service number. Fax number is also not in service for corporate of this company. Extremely poor customer service.
I have been billed twice for a catalog order: I would like to speak to a real live person. I would also like a refund, I am frustrated in trying to reach anyone by phone numbers indicated. The amount is $14.97/10/23/2017 deducted from my on line acct./Billed again 11/20/2017 $14.97.
