Bring back the QVC from 10 years ago. Easypay was a way to pay one payment per billing cycle, now you can be billed for 3 payments in one billing cycle. My bill is such a mess; I requested around September 2016 for a copy of the money I sent for purchases and where my money was applied and to which items. This mess started when I received my regular statement with an amount, due date, etc., except I thought my total balance was rather high. A few months later I received my regular statement and a separate bill for past due easypay merchandise for an amount around $128. When I called no one could explain what this additional bill was for and I should just pay the regular bill and they would look into the easypay bill for the $128 and get back to me. Obviously no one ever called me back about this matter and my Statements and easypay late amounts kept rising.
Finally In May 2017 I received 3 copies of my January 2016 statement instead of the receivables report I had requested. I called Sychrony Bank and asked them for the same receivables report and was told to call QVC. Fortunately I finally talked to a young man who understood that I wanted to see where they applied over $5,000. My interest rate has been raised repeatedly. Now I receive a lettter telling me my account is closed as they have not received money in over 90 days however the letter I alledgelly received notifying me QVC was closing my account was never received.
I have been told to pay Synchrony Bank, to pay Qvc and to pay my easypay bill which of course is past due as I am not going to pay anymore money until I know what I am paying for. My history was erased a few months ago. Now I am told I cannot order and pay with a check as they closed my account but I was able to open a new account before I began to look for corporate's phone number as now I am told I need to speak with corporate. Then I was told if I used my Q card I could place an order???? That statement flew right over my head. I do know I owe QVC $5,000. I rounded down from $7,000 as I will not pay the ridiculous interest rate and the hours I have spent trying to find where purchases were billed as QVC would switch charges to my various credit cards. I thought it was my imagination until charges from QVC appeared on our business credit card. I really don't know what to say about how I feel about QVC after shopping with them since 1990. I know I feel frustrated, disappointed, and I think anger. I have been in the hospital, almost lost my right leg and half of my left leg because of negligence on ER, lost half the use of the right hand after surgery to repair tendons that fell apart, and now am getting monthly shots in my right eye, trying to save my retina, I have MACRSred(wet). You would think after 16+ years and never a month with no payment, possibly one late fee, that QVC would have some faith in a customer with a payment record as described. With QVC closing my account before it was even to the correct past due point, the credit report companies were notified my account was closed by store, payments were late and/or no payments had been made and no effort was made on my part to speak with the company or Bank to try and rectify the problem. If I had cooperation from QVC the first time I called about receiving a separate bill for past due amounts along with the regular Q statement I do not believe my bill would be in such a mess. Maybe that is the reason QVC hired Synchrony Bank - to straighten out the mess. I am not a big fan of Synchrony Bank. They handle the receivables for a few of my other credit cards and the last two times I spoke with Synchrony was the first two times that the people were helpful and civil. They are timed as to how long they are on a call as the lady I spoke with today said to ask corporate at QVC the last few items she wanted to go over with me as she had to take another call or she would be in trouble.
Now, do I even sign this note or be civil when and if I try to work this out with QVC? Obviously no one ever called me back about this matter and my bills and Q account just became more mixed up and more of a mess while the total amount of the current balance kept rising. My mInimum payment due as of the due date of July 2017 is over $700. I think I stopped paying when the minimum payment amount went over $400. I did call QVC and tried to explain I had medical bills I also needed to pay on and asked if there was some type of arrangement that would keep every one satisfied and let me still pay everyone but not accrue more in a month than I was paying. I felt like the saying one step forward, two steps backward.
Again I ask myself, how do I sign this note or even try to be civil when I can actully feel the burn inside my chest and stomach. Also, in 2012 I would have rated QVC a 5star company; now I would place it with negative stars but that is not an option. I would take at least one star away each year if possible. I feel the staff, from customer service up to CEO/President, just do not care about us, the customers who helped them grow to the company that was still there in 2011 - 2012. Since then errors in shipping wrong orders, quality of brands I wore for work but quit buying because they arrived looking like I sewed the garment. I am obviously not the only one with accounts closing, billing in a mess, etc. I still watch QVC if for no there reason other than I enjoyed watching Q, to keep up with what was in fashion and coming along to see where fashion ideas would be going in the following few months (like others I could do without some of the new hosts and I also would like to know how people can watch David's show in the kitchen, be on the blog and shop all at the same time). I am a great multitasker person, but even I cannot keep everything straight and get my orders in before the colors I want sell out.
So instead of signing with a ridiculous or negative name, I will just say I hope domeone at QVC listens and/or reads the letters in this area but also reviews on some of the most popular items. You would be amazed at what people will say in one line about their true feelings on a shoe, appliance, any item actually, and get their point across. I do hope my account gets straightened out so all of us are satisfied. If that cannot happen, I can only say Goodbye. Sincerely, L

I am a LONG time customer from back in the days when QVC featured Jeff and Judy's wedding. Yep I am old.. and I have loved every minute of shopping with QVC and my Q card ! --- however, I will be returning each and every item I have ordered (that is eligible for return)--- Reason: Apparently QVC does not value me as a customer AT ALL. I was on the blog today and made 3 posts: Suddenly I received this message: "We're sorry, but you have been banned from using this site. You have been banned for the following reason:repeatedly bumping up old threads. You have 4313 minutes remaining on the ban." --- I do not even know what this means. I do not know what an 'old thread' is and I certainly do not know how to "bump' one. I did not post anything ugly or mean. I simply asked why the Beauty IQ channel is so LOUD and the other QVC channels are not. If QVC think so little of me as a customer - I am saddened - I truly love QVC and my Q card... But lesson learned.

QVC worst customer service for a shopping channel. I placed order at Christmas time, by phone,mind you no confirmation of order. Two weeks later I am checking account I see no orders. I call spk to a young man said order was never placed. I was irrate at this point. I told him so when were they going to tell me this? He apologized without remorse, no response to why no communication of order not being placed. Everything was updated when I placed order in the beginning. I canceled everything & said they were inept in their CS skills & practices.
So now 7 months later I give them another try placed order by phone the person I spk to was actually yelling at me for no reason was rambling I told her to stop yelling & listen I was trying to place an order or I would not spk to her & go above her head, she placed the order without any apology. I wait pmt taken out of my account, call back in 3 days because I don't see order on QVC app.
I get live chat said system was down & orders would be placed manually 24-48 hrs she doesn't see my order. I get immediate survey for rating live chat. Told them how inept they were explained by position in comment section noting that live chat just disconnected me with no further communication once I said if order was not placed I would contact corporate.I call QVC CS got a hold of a very nice person she said my account was closed & order cancelled, then she was reading what was said in live chat. No where did I say to live chat cancel my order. She apologized after I explained my dilemma when ordering first & second times & live chat. She resolved the issue. My complaint is training YOUR CS to be professional & making customer happy.
This company's customer service is abysmal. I ordered a mattress on May 26th, and after more than a month, I found out that the order had been cancelled by Serta, because the mattress was damaged during shipping. Keep in mind, I had to call them, Nobody informed me. Now, it's almost a month after reordering the mattress, and QVC has emailed Serta to see if they can expedite the order, However, when I call customer service, they just read me their script about how this order cannot be expedited. Which is it, yes or no? Nobody wants to help me. One operator yesterday told me that my recent order was cancelled as well, but the operator today said that it was in process. No response from Serta. This company sucks!
I am 75 been withqqvc since they started.Got cancer after. Chemo and radiation lost 40 lbs down to 104, needing a new wardrobe and unable to go out I ordered mostly online. Seemed each vendor's sizes were diff sometimes a small would be medium villagers. I would order one of each returning the other. Never knew there was a problem with returns until I got a letter telling me I was returning too much back in April.I explained my situation and have continued to order returning 1 or2 items,spending about 1000 or more on my card not theirs.last night at midnight tried to order the prayer bracelets to help the foreign co and was told my. Membership was cancelled and I would receive a letter which I have not. Now having panic attacks over this have left a message for management to call if they do. I can't believe this happening in America, such heartless people
First QVC took away program guide and you called customer service to find out when a program was coming on such as Bob Makie or George Simonton . Now customer service doesn't know who they are or when they are on. What happened to George Simonton? QVC is getting too big and too much is falling between the cracks. Bring back the program guides and educate your customer service. It's just not the same QVC. Lacking quality. Is

I agree. I spent a lot of time trying to find the schedule. There are a couple of designers that I love to watch and would like to mark my calendar but......I can no longer see them except by chance
I just received an ugly letter from Lisa Norden VP of customer service. She advised me of the percentage amount of items that I have returned and suggested I watch TV and look at the sizing chart. I have discovered that the items shown and the items received do not always look or fit the same as they do on the modlels. The a sizing chart is not helpful in that your sizes are not always consistent . I do not appreciate being treated as if I am wrong for returning items that are not right for me. I would have rated your company a 5 star until I received this letter now not so much.
I am sick and tired of certain hosts trying to sell themselves as if they are the star of the show! One of my all time dislikes is for Shawn Killinger! I love all the other hosts and find they are part of a team and really represent to me what QVC is all about. Shawn Killinger is trying to do a fashion show and sell herself. For me as a viewer and customer I am not interested in watching nor buying a Shawn Killinger. Also, the celebrations of host less than 30 years on the show doesn't interest me either. If you want to acknowledge a host that has been on the Q for 30 years on air Great! but 10 years is a drop in the bucket and WHO CARES! STICK TO SELLING AND STOP IDOLIZING 10 YEAR HOSTS!! I also think naming certain shows after certain hosts also is idolizing certain people. Just call the shows certain names but don't include the hosts name so anyone of your host would be able to host the show. Like the Find with Shawn Killinger it should be called THE FIND period than anyone of your hosts that you decide to use for the show would be able to host the show and I think it would be MORE INTERESTING for your customers who tune in! bottom line get rid of Shawn Killinger and bring in someone new, younger and down to earth to bring a good energy to the q not the I am the SHOW energy I am not in the market to purchase a Shawn Killinger!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is bio hazardand I am wondering if there is some sort of Attack on us here in the US or what? Well where do i start with this bullshit company, lets see on 5/12 i decided i can afford to purchase a camera bundle after waiting for the price to go down, mind you i had purchased many other items no problems, no issues etc. well placed my order for the fastest shipping possible and went back to bed wake up and try to track my order and they canceled my account, when i asked why they said oh we think your related to someone with debt to QVC, so i called every single last one of my family members and no one has ever even shopped with QVC, when i told them this they said well they have to pay there old debt before you can use QVC. so i am begin assumed relation to another account and banned from ordering REALLY?!!?

I will never make another purchase from VAC. I bought a computer that didn't work and I was told to mail it to VAC, insured for 1000.00 dollars. It cost me $83.00 dollars to return the damaged, insured product only to be beat for the return. DON'T BUY FROM QVC.
