I am so glad I have read these reviews. I am having the same problem with my mothers account. Some one used her name and QVC account number and ordered a bunch of stuff in September. She didn't know anything about this. So I called and they said they shipped it to a North Market St. address in our town and it was ordered on line. First my mothers doesn't live on North Market St. and second she is 95 years young and doesn't have access to on-line shopping. I have talked to 3 different people and now they want a police report for fraud! you got to be kidding me. Now her account is suspended and these idiots won't listen to what I am trying to explain to them. I'm all for a class action suit. sign me up. She has been with QVC since the beginning and they won't listen. Told her to start using Home Shopping Network or I'll order for her from amazon.
This has to be the worst customer service ever, 3 different reps told me something totally different and 2 of them were extremely rude and not professionals at all, she told me that she had other customers to answer to and I've been on the phone with you way to long, how rude when people are spending thousands of dollars with this company, and good luck with corporate because no one will ever call you back, don't hold your breath yo will see heaven first..........
I experienced poor service from this company and will never tell anyone to shop here nor will I . I gave my mom a gift card so she can purchase something because her account was closed they took her gift number and told her she can not use it . QVC took my money I worked her for and will not give it back . And keep giving me the run around . QVC is horrible. If someone can help me contact corporate or anyone there not a supervisor I greatly appreciate it .
I like the items offered by QVC, but if there is a problem the Customer Service Dept. is extremely unhelpful. The workers there have a sort of mantra they repeat no matter what the issue is, or what you say. It is frustrating. Recently, I have purchased two items that QVC claimed were delivered to my Pittsburgh address via UPS and USPS. Alas they have not been delivered; lost or stolen impossible to say. When I called QVC the response I received was that they'll replace them with no cost to me. That's fine and good, but is QVC so willing to lose money while allowing these situations to continue ? Allowing neglect or dishonesty from their delivery systems?
Unless the situation changes I will not purchase anymore items from QVC.
Having real issues with how you can not track orders, can not track refunds, can not get accurate information from customer service and they will go into your account and withdraw money you know nothing about! Don't know what has happened to QVC but they aren't the QVC of years ago! I need to keep explicit records of transactions so that when I call to check on something I know what I'm talking about, even though they don't!
Worst customer service I ever experienced. I am a long time customer and spend thousands of dollars with QVC each year. I got the run around on the phone and three times I was told I would get a return call and didn't. Very frustrating. I was told to call SnoJo because their warehouse didn't send all parts of a product. I ordered and paid QVC - not SnoJo. To date the issue has not been resolved. Five calls since December 30.
QVC has good products but, if something is wrong don't expect them to make good on it.

QVC has went downhill I just spoke to a supervisor would you believe this idiot who works there who can call himself a supervisor could not even tell me how much money I paid them on Friday I tried to pay my whole balance off and he could not even tell me how much they're charging me I have more issues with this as well but when somebody can't tell you a payment that i make and tells you to call your bank instead is a pretty sorry-ass company they sure don't keep records and I am beyond disgusted with QVC I wanted to pay off my whole balance and every time I has the person I got different answers I have not one time. The same answer what kind of business is this I've heard a lot of fraud going on with QVC and I also heard someone from QVC is in jail for fraud will I believe it I don't even care if I pay my bill anymore they can't keep me the right amount and keep records or anything I don't know where my money is going I'm very disgusted is people is still shopping on here you better watch every item you get you better keep up with every penny you pay because they sure don't and they will charge you more money than what you owe been there done that and pissed off about it
Orderd 2 laptops for xmas. they cancelled my order and combined my account with someone else's account because of same last name. I didnt find out until I called to find out about eta date for shipping. Now I dont even know if I will get these things at all for xmas for my children.

Wow, we need to get a class action suit filed against this company. I ordered the berkshire blankets and it never got to my home. When I called they told me that the account was under my sisters name, and that they could not discuss it with me. They told me to have her call. The blanket was supposed to be a gift for my sister.
Come to find out, UPS has delivered the package to someone else in the neighborhood. QVC will not credit my money back to my credit card, so this mean that the package that I bought a stranger in the neighborhood a gift instead of my sister.
QVC NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.
I totally agree and would gladly help. I shopped with them for 25 years and they closed my account because they said I returned too many things. Well EVERY program host said 'we have a 30 day UNCONDITIONAL money back guarantee so try it and if you don't like it return it. Well I took them at their word and now I cannot purchase anything from QVC. They need to change their name because they are no longer Quality Value or Convenient.

Agreed. Their reps are as dumb as they come and are not capable of assisting with pressing issues. One must wait a minimum of 4 hrs. for a call back and this never happens. You would think a multi billion corporation would operate more efficiently. They need to be put out of business as they do not have the customer's interest at stake.

I AGREE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A SUPERVISOR FOR MONTHS TO FIX A PROBLEM WITH TRAC-PHONE ISSUES. TOLD ME I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK IN 4 HRS. NO CALL. CALLED AGAIN. NEXT DAY I CALLED AGAIN AND SAID 24HRS TO WAIT. I DID AND NO CALL. I HAVE BEEN WITH QVC FOR 20YRS. WHAT HAS GONE WRONG. I AM NOW STUCK WITH A PHONE THAT I CANNOT USE BECAUSE MY TIME IS UP. WE ALL NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE SERVICE OF QVC THAT HAS GONE DOWN HILL WITH THERE SERVICE.
Report them to the better business bureau and consumer affairs asap

While not usually a defender of QVC, the responsibility lies with UPS. In my case the UPS customer service agent contacted the driver and found exactly where the package was delivered and resolved the problem. Once UPS picks up the item it becomes their issue
These people are so ignorant my orders were canceled and it's been OVER 2 weeks now and they kept my money a total of $456.47!!!!! I'm on my way to the BBB we will see if they think they are going to keep the money...... holding up my credit card.... this complaint is about to cause qvc some legitimate problems.
