3-5 business days for a return. Not true, at least 10 days or more. Getting ready to close my account. I can do better. QVC over rated.
Orderd 2 laptops for xmas. they cancelled my order and combined my account with someone else's account because of same last name. I didnt find out until I called to find out about eta date for shipping. Now I dont even know if I will get these things at all for xmas for my children.

Wow, we need to get a class action suit filed against this company. I ordered the berkshire blankets and it never got to my home. When I called they told me that the account was under my sisters name, and that they could not discuss it with me. They told me to have her call. The blanket was supposed to be a gift for my sister.
Come to find out, UPS has delivered the package to someone else in the neighborhood. QVC will not credit my money back to my credit card, so this mean that the package that I bought a stranger in the neighborhood a gift instead of my sister.
QVC NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.
I totally agree and would gladly help. I shopped with them for 25 years and they closed my account because they said I returned too many things. Well EVERY program host said 'we have a 30 day UNCONDITIONAL money back guarantee so try it and if you don't like it return it. Well I took them at their word and now I cannot purchase anything from QVC. They need to change their name because they are no longer Quality Value or Convenient.

Agreed. Their reps are as dumb as they come and are not capable of assisting with pressing issues. One must wait a minimum of 4 hrs. for a call back and this never happens. You would think a multi billion corporation would operate more efficiently. They need to be put out of business as they do not have the customer's interest at stake.
I AGREE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A SUPERVISOR FOR MONTHS TO FIX A PROBLEM WITH TRAC-PHONE ISSUES. TOLD ME I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK IN 4 HRS. NO CALL. CALLED AGAIN. NEXT DAY I CALLED AGAIN AND SAID 24HRS TO WAIT. I DID AND NO CALL. I HAVE BEEN WITH QVC FOR 20YRS. WHAT HAS GONE WRONG. I AM NOW STUCK WITH A PHONE THAT I CANNOT USE BECAUSE MY TIME IS UP. WE ALL NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE SERVICE OF QVC THAT HAS GONE DOWN HILL WITH THERE SERVICE.
Report them to the better business bureau and consumer affairs asap
These people are so ignorant my orders were canceled and it's been OVER 2 weeks now and they kept my money a total of $456.47!!!!! I'm on my way to the BBB we will see if they think they are going to keep the money...... holding up my credit card.... this complaint is about to cause qvc some legitimate problems.
Hello, this is unbelievable, I placed an order with QVC yesterday after receiving two letters from their corporate office reinstating my account, they were apologizing because I could not use an account because of an address we just moved to in July. This has nothing to do with me but whoever lived here before. So they sent it up to corporate office and they made the decision to reinstate the account. I placed the order and can you believe they cancelled the order again?? It was placed last night and by 6:-00 a.m they said corporate had cancelled it even though I have the letters. The lady was rude and sarcastic and would not let me speak to anyone else.
I agree with others who have written in we need to get together and do a class action suit this is the most unfair things I have ever seen. Shame on them.
Unbelievably rude! The lady who answered the switchboard (around 5:00pm Central time) asked me why I was calling, who told me to call, and would not simply connect me to HR even after I told her I had a question about my application. So, I asked her if this call was going to get me to HR. She was evidently very irritated by that so she hurriedly connected me to a recording for selections that don't apply at all to why I was calling. Basically, she hung up on me. I used to work at QVC but this extremely rude behavior makes me NOT want to go back. She needs a lesson in manners.
MY FATHER PASSED ON EASTER 4/16/17 DUE TO CANCER. HIS MEDICATIONS WERE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. I USED MY CREDIT CARDS TO HELP KEEP HIM ALIVE. UNFORTUNATELY HE LOST HIS BATTLE, AND I HAD TO FILE BK.

Same thing here. I was told if anyone moved into my address they couldn't ever have a QVC account, not a QVC charge card but just an account to order things. Who in the world does this??? I would be furious if this was me and was told sorry because of the last residents you can't order from us. THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO LIVED THERE!!!!!!! Is this even legal??? My daughter can't even have anything sent to my address and her account got cancelled because she knows me and might order something for me, are you kidding me. I wish a lawyer would read some of these comments because I can't believe this is legal. To tell my daughter she can never ever have an account again because she is related to me. In this day and age I can't believe a company would treat their customers like this. It's a doggie dog world out there and they just don't give a rats Ass. So disappointed with this company. Spent way to much money with them.
I am experiencing something similar. I had some items on easy pay. My bank account got hacked and it took time to fix the problem and I was given a new card number. Because the old card was deactivated the easy payments weren't going through. They sent me to a collection agency. I explained the situation to both QVC and the collection agency and set up payments. They "temporarily" closed my QVC account until the amount was paid in full. Then they closed my mother's account because her address is similar to mine. She did nothing wrong! Totally unacceptable! They should be ashamed of treating customers that have been with them for over 30 years this way.

I was treated some what inhuman by Custer Service today on (10/03/2018 about ten o'clock.
I was simply asking to speak with one of her colleagues, that I thought
would talk to me as a person and not not speak down to me.
This is the very first time this has occurred but needless to say I'm
extremely affected by the way she talk by the way she handled me in my
distress over the order.
This is a serious matter.

I received a letter yesterday from QVC bank. They decreased my credit from $1,000. To a MEASLY $100.00. Why?? My credit scored was lowered and I have delinquencies from Discover and MC credit cards. We r selling house and equity will pay off credit cards. HOWEVER, get this........ in 30 years I have never been late with a payment. They are docking me due to OTHER DELINQUINCIES, not QVC. I have been an outstanding member and even a CHAMBER MEMBER due to length of years with QVC. I am so upset. I was shopping on tv QVC long before internet shopping started. I had friends Leary of QVC but after seeing my purchases, value pricing they were jealous. They r ALL QVC customers now. My name is Sandra Prudhomme, I called in my first order on August 30, 2018. I ordered a 50 inch TV and a fireplace TV stand. I received the wrong TV. It was a hassle returning it with the post office. I called and cancelled the TV. I ordered a smaller one. Received it. On September 12 another TV was delivered by o my house, one I did not order. I am so confused. I spoke with a customer service rep to make sure it was cleared up. Now I have three bills instead of two. I will not order anything again.
On May 13, 2018, my daughter purchased a e-mail gift card for me. Last week, I went to use it on the mattress pad on had on TSV, I was told it was used and I had not used it. So I called my daughter since she purchased it, she was told that someone named Alana made a purchase with it, my daughter told that my name was Carolyn Smith and I did not use it. They told they would check and get back to her which they didn't do. She just got off the the phone with customer service and they told her there was nothing they can do. I'm sorry but my daughter works hard for her money and she know I liked to shop from Qvc. The person she talked to was very rude. I'm sorry $100.00 is a lot of money. I'm hoping you can help with this problem.
