Your customer service is virtually nonexistent. Hangups, spun off into space, will return your call but no callback. Even the corporate offices do not answer or return calls. What a disgrace. Anyone who owns QVC stock should dump this dog. Placed an order and was told it was in process of shipping for over three weeks and order cannot be canceled. What a joke. My first time ordering and my last !!!!!!!!

I am a LONG time customer from back in the days when QVC featured Jeff and Judy's wedding. Yep I am old.. and I have loved every minute of shopping with QVC and my Q card ! --- however, I will be returning each and every item I have ordered (that is eligible for return)--- Reason: Apparently QVC does not value me as a customer AT ALL. I was on the blog today and made 3 posts: Suddenly I received this message: "We're sorry, but you have been banned from using this site. You have been banned for the following reason:repeatedly bumping up old threads. You have 4313 minutes remaining on the ban." --- I do not even know what this means. I do not know what an 'old thread' is and I certainly do not know how to "bump' one. I did not post anything ugly or mean. I simply asked why the Beauty IQ channel is so LOUD and the other QVC channels are not. If QVC think so little of me as a customer - I am saddened - I truly love QVC and my Q card... But lesson learned.

i am so sorry to hear this as I feel when we have stayed with a company from the very start we deserve better. I have been getting two orders shipped together and I pay separate shipping so I want separate shipping.We are not allowed as customers to ship two separate items back together. Why is this happening. Also I have been ordering Christmas presents and not receiving the custom boxes. I ordered JAI and I want the unique packaging. If I order AS IS THAN I DO NOT EXPECT THIS!

Question: greetings I hope my question finds you in good health and spirit, are you aware that QVC branch in ROCKY MOUNT NC hired a temp group of employees to help with hoiday rush. They hired a young man who was afraid of heights as stock picking meaning he would be 40-50ft. Off the ground. On his first day he informed them of this and two following days. I thought safety was primary not secondary so he went to human resources and they told him to report to work at his regular time they would have a different job on the ground for him. Above 3am the trainer calls this young man in office and said he was afraid that he would hurt himself or someone else and he wasn't going put him anywhere else. What's justice about that?

THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AND YOUR CREDIT CARDS FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN RETURNED AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR CARDS EVEN WHEN YOU DISPUTE THE CHARGE. IF THEY HAVE YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS THEY WILL CHARGE WHATEVER CARD YOU HAVE THRU VISA.... THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THEM IS TO CALL VISA AND PUT A PERMANENT BLOCK ON THEM.... THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THAT THEIR Q CARD IS THRU SYNCRONY BANK CHARGES 27% INTEREST.... I PAID MY WIFE'S ACCOUNT IN FULL FOR $3,987.04 AND THEY CASHED THE CHECK AND STILL ARE CHARGING MY CREDIT CARDS....

Hello, I am spending way too much time trying to have proper delivery of a bed and frame that I ordered on 10/1/17.

I was very specific that I wanted both items to be delivered together. The bed frame has now been delivered twice. It is heavy, I cannot move it, and have no place to keep it. The bed is not due to be delivered until end of October.

I have spent way too much time in queue for customer service reps and supervisors. I told them again mere days ago to pick up the first one and not deliver it until the bed came. UPS showed up with the frame again this morning.

This is a cost to your business and more importantly to me, a waste of my valuable time - you and Serta are getting to be just too difficult to do business with.

Please fix this once and for all.

Please deliver the bed and frame at the same time.

I have been trying for 5 months to get correct size jeans !! I have returned 10 pairs for exchange. Always the same size i returned!! Have talked to Customer No Service 5 times. Everything was great until May.It has been terrible since May. I asked for a hand pick to insure the right size. Well, today i got 2 more pains of Jeans in the same wrong size,no shipping label or invoice!!! I guess some companies get so big they don't care about their customers anymore. Guess it's time to contact the BB and Yelp. So sad,i love your jeans.

I live in N. Y. & noticed on my latest bill I was double charged salestax. Spoke wwith a contrite " Supervisor " that said I have to pay N.Y. sales tax AND County tax!!! What the what? That's a new one! As for the money my daughter & I have spent ...well lets just say they'll miss us! WE'RE DONE. Can you say hello Amazon!

I AM VERY VERY UPSET WITH QVC. I, MYSELF CLOSED MY ACCOUNT 6-23-2017. I SPOKE TO A MAN NAMED MICHAEL. I HAVE BEEN MAKING PAYMENTS EVERY MONTH. THEN I RECEIVE LETTERS TELLING ME THEY ARE GOING TO TURN ME OVER TO THE COLLECTION AGENCY. SO I CALL QVC, SHE TOLD ME I HAD TWO ACCOUNTS OPEN. I ONLY OPENED ONE ACCOUNT. THEN SHE TOLD ME TO CALL THE BANK. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO OTHER PEOPLE ALSO.SEEMS LIKE YOU CAN NOT TRUST PEOPLE ANYMORE. BUT IF IT WAS ON THE OTHER END THAT PERSON WOULD BE JUST AS ANGRY.

Very Upset ! In Aug I bought a the 6 month payment Plan a I-Mac computer with 6 payments of $426.00. I received the Computer and did not open till this month. Once I set it up found it was not a 2017 series Computer but a 2 YEAR OLD I-Mac. I think anyone buying a Item on your QVC site would believe that it is a new item and NOT 2 YEARS OLS. I have already sent one e-mail to your Headquarters and Webmaster, and one to QVC online sight and now you . I and my family and friends have used QVC over the years and have spent thousands of dollars on it but that ends TODAY. I assure you I will see that my entire family and Friends and the Facebook community know of this Incident and If you watch you will see it on FACEBOOK that I am going to make many posts which my Family and Friends will Share. I assure you this is going to cost your company thousands of dollars with our loss of Business with you.

I purchased gifts for a friend of mine. The friend, unfortunately, had not been paying her Q Card bill ( I did nto realize this). QVC decided to close my account since I was "associated" with her. So you should never send gifts to anyone because QVC may decide to close your account! Apparently you cannot decide who to send gifts to! This is the most ridiculous experience I have ever had with a company!! Prior to this experience I had a great relationship with QVC. Apparently they do not value their good customers.

I placed an order sometime back for bangs and the person that I placed the order with talk me out of the color that I wanted and instead made me go one color lighter insisting how dark it was. I received the item, was very happy with everything except the color, so I sent it back with all of the paperwork filled out including the new color. Eleven days later I noticed in my bank account that they were crediting me back the money that I paid for my bangs instead of giving me an exchange. I called customer service and explained that I still wanted them so they decided that they would just make a new order because the refund was already started. I told her what color, got all of the information done and I asked her how much more would it cost to have it sent faster. She told me and I said that would be fine and go ahead and send it faster. A little while after that I looked on my computer bank statement and I was now billed twice for the same item that I had just placed. This is Sunday the banks are closed and I do not have enough money in my account to cover being billed twice for the same item. I called QVC back explained everything and basically got...well we're really sorry but we can't do anything about it. It takes 24 to 48 hours to correct that. So not only did they get the exchange wrong but now I am being billed double and I don't have the exchange amount in my account yet. Since I am handicapped and live frugally month-to-month with both of these going through I will have a bounced check which I have never had and QVC is basically shrugging their shoulders at me. I will never, ever buy through QVC again and I will tell everyone that I can that QVC is not just a bad company but an uncaring company.

Qvc sell broken garbage! I sent my product back for replacement.,they sent me the same exact item back. Now they said its beyond their policy return time. They lost my item by sending it to the wrong address. I'm out 150$!! They are nothing more than thieves!!

I purchased a trip as 4 g tablet from qvc. It came with 200 mg of internet per month from T-Mobile as long as I owned the tablet. T mobile is cheating me on the internet I get emails to buy internet and then they do not give me my fee internet. When I call t mobile to complain I was told they had a new system that I would have to buy the fifty dollars plan or buy a new iPad or computer. This is a breath of contract u can't offer something and then take it away from customer anyone else out there getting ripped off qvc ot T-Mobile let's file class action law suit to stop ripping off customers

Bring back the QVC from 10 years ago. Easypay was a way to pay one payment per billing cycle, now you can be billed for 3 payments in one billing cycle. My bill is such a mess; I requested around September 2016 for a copy of the money I sent for purchases and where my money was applied and to which items. This mess started when I received my regular statement with an amount, due date, etc., except I thought my total balance was rather high. A few months later I received my regular statement and a separate bill for past due easypay merchandise for an amount around $128. When I called no one could explain what this additional bill was for and I should just pay the regular bill and they would look into the easypay bill for the $128 and get back to me. Obviously no one ever called me back about this matter and my Statements and easypay late amounts kept rising.

Finally In May 2017 I received 3 copies of my January 2016 statement instead of the receivables report I had requested. I called Sychrony Bank and asked them for the same receivables report and was told to call QVC. Fortunately I finally talked to a young man who understood that I wanted to see where they applied over $5,000. My interest rate has been raised repeatedly. Now I receive a lettter telling me my account is closed as they have not received money in over 90 days however the letter I alledgelly received notifying me QVC was closing my account was never received.

I have been told to pay Synchrony Bank, to pay Qvc and to pay my easypay bill which of course is past due as I am not going to pay anymore money until I know what I am paying for. My history was erased a few months ago. Now I am told I cannot order and pay with a check as they closed my account but I was able to open a new account before I began to look for corporate's phone number as now I am told I need to speak with corporate. Then I was told if I used my Q card I could place an order???? That statement flew right over my head. I do know I owe QVC $5,000. I rounded down from $7,000 as I will not pay the ridiculous interest rate and the hours I have spent trying to find where purchases were billed as QVC would switch charges to my various credit cards. I thought it was my imagination until charges from QVC appeared on our business credit card. I really don't know what to say about how I feel about QVC after shopping with them since 1990. I know I feel frustrated, disappointed, and I think anger. I have been in the hospital, almost lost my right leg and half of my left leg because of negligence on ER, lost half the use of the right hand after surgery to repair tendons that fell apart, and now am getting monthly shots in my right eye, trying to save my retina, I have MACRSred(wet). You would think after 16+ years and never a month with no payment, possibly one late fee, that QVC would have some faith in a customer with a payment record as described. With QVC closing my account before it was even to the correct past due point, the credit report companies were notified my account was closed by store, payments were late and/or no payments had been made and no effort was made on my part to speak with the company or Bank to try and rectify the problem. If I had cooperation from QVC the first time I called about receiving a separate bill for past due amounts along with the regular Q statement I do not believe my bill would be in such a mess. Maybe that is the reason QVC hired Synchrony Bank - to straighten out the mess. I am not a big fan of Synchrony Bank. They handle the receivables for a few of my other credit cards and the last two times I spoke with Synchrony was the first two times that the people were helpful and civil. They are timed as to how long they are on a call as the lady I spoke with today said to ask corporate at QVC the last few items she wanted to go over with me as she had to take another call or she would be in trouble.

Now, do I even sign this note or be civil when and if I try to work this out with QVC? Obviously no one ever called me back about this matter and my bills and Q account just became more mixed up and more of a mess while the total amount of the current balance kept rising. My mInimum payment due as of the due date of July 2017 is over $700. I think I stopped paying when the minimum payment amount went over $400. I did call QVC and tried to explain I had medical bills I also needed to pay on and asked if there was some type of arrangement that would keep every one satisfied and let me still pay everyone but not accrue more in a month than I was paying. I felt like the saying one step forward, two steps backward.

Again I ask myself, how do I sign this note or even try to be civil when I can actully feel the burn inside my chest and stomach. Also, in 2012 I would have rated QVC a 5star company; now I would place it with negative stars but that is not an option. I would take at least one star away each year if possible. I feel the staff, from customer service up to CEO/President, just do not care about us, the customers who helped them grow to the company that was still there in 2011 - 2012. Since then errors in shipping wrong orders, quality of brands I wore for work but quit buying because they arrived looking like I sewed the garment. I am obviously not the only one with accounts closing, billing in a mess, etc. I still watch QVC if for no there reason other than I enjoyed watching Q, to keep up with what was in fashion and coming along to see where fashion ideas would be going in the following few months (like others I could do without some of the new hosts and I also would like to know how people can watch David's show in the kitchen, be on the blog and shop all at the same time). I am a great multitasker person, but even I cannot keep everything straight and get my orders in before the colors I want sell out.

So instead of signing with a ridiculous or negative name, I will just say I hope domeone at QVC listens and/or reads the letters in this area but also reviews on some of the most popular items. You would be amazed at what people will say in one line about their true feelings on a shoe, appliance, any item actually, and get their point across. I do hope my account gets straightened out so all of us are satisfied. If that cannot happen, I can only say Goodbye. Sincerely, L
