My wife tried to order A290950 Calista hair product which came on and she tried to order it immediately and they told her that it had benn sold out but the demonstration was still continuing - they said they could not back-order that item.
The nexzt day the same thing happened with the same results - I called customer service and asked them to have a manager call me; which he did about 4 hours later but the same results.
suggestion: when airing your products and they run out you should immediately flash on the screen that the product is "SOLD OUT" and this would be a professional way to take care of this problem.

Dear Mr Sal Mazzoccoli, I have been talking to qvc in port st Lucie for almost 3 yr's am i lived on another street and im 75 yrs of age, i have been ordering from you your company and im on a low income as im retired ! I spoke to someone @ comenity bank for 2yrs' as my home was broken into one representative told me where i had a credit a outstandindg credit he would close my old acct and establish a new one! I was so happy that i had no more tears to shed..... know yesterday i call them to ask about my new card as they sent me one 2 months ago and i was writing down a lot of gifts for the upcoming holiday and i they had me in tears again ! They were so mean , they said where closing your account so don't bother shopping here any more! They were so: disrespectful: i didn't think any one would be treated like you were som jew waiting and hear sal im all Italian from Boston, mass!! today they sent me a credit adjustment for -$ 46.00 to put towards my subcription i don't wont the adjustment, i'll i'll take it in check ! This is a terrible( experience) If you want more Info..,.ill give you all that ihave @(hidden). i hope you will do something to these ugly people uneducated,and with (COMENTY BANK) I Thank you with all my blessing, may god have his hand over you family,!
I have the same problem. My daughter ordered a laptop and some other electronic device and was late in paying. They closed my account and sent my name to the collection agency because we have the same address and telephone number instead of sending a letter and asking to verify ss #. My daughter called over fifteen times telling them it was not my bill but hers. I get a call every morning, everyday about payment. Yet, my daughter made arrangements to have the money taken out of her checking account once per month. I am contacting the better BB to report them, but I am contacting an attorney to tell me what recourse I have since this is affecting my credit.
Ok.. well I ordered computer, after paying off several things in the last few years They cancelled it.. Stated my account had been cancelled in 2015. Took my $$ and a week later I am still fighting to get my first payment refunded.. I have been laughed at, hung up on, and when you request to speak to supervisor, your number is taken.. Never called back... Worthless piece of crap company.. and by the way, They own HSN as well.
Orderd 2 laptops for xmas. they cancelled my order and combined my account with someone else's account because of same last name. I didnt find out until I called to find out about eta date for shipping. Now I dont even know if I will get these things at all for xmas for my children.

Wow, we need to get a class action suit filed against this company. I ordered the berkshire blankets and it never got to my home. When I called they told me that the account was under my sisters name, and that they could not discuss it with me. They told me to have her call. The blanket was supposed to be a gift for my sister.
Come to find out, UPS has delivered the package to someone else in the neighborhood. QVC will not credit my money back to my credit card, so this mean that the package that I bought a stranger in the neighborhood a gift instead of my sister.
QVC NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.
I totally agree and would gladly help. I shopped with them for 25 years and they closed my account because they said I returned too many things. Well EVERY program host said 'we have a 30 day UNCONDITIONAL money back guarantee so try it and if you don't like it return it. Well I took them at their word and now I cannot purchase anything from QVC. They need to change their name because they are no longer Quality Value or Convenient.

I AGREE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A SUPERVISOR FOR MONTHS TO FIX A PROBLEM WITH TRAC-PHONE ISSUES. TOLD ME I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK IN 4 HRS. NO CALL. CALLED AGAIN. NEXT DAY I CALLED AGAIN AND SAID 24HRS TO WAIT. I DID AND NO CALL. I HAVE BEEN WITH QVC FOR 20YRS. WHAT HAS GONE WRONG. I AM NOW STUCK WITH A PHONE THAT I CANNOT USE BECAUSE MY TIME IS UP. WE ALL NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE SERVICE OF QVC THAT HAS GONE DOWN HILL WITH THERE SERVICE.
Report them to the better business bureau and consumer affairs asap
These people are so ignorant my orders were canceled and it's been OVER 2 weeks now and they kept my money a total of $456.47!!!!! I'm on my way to the BBB we will see if they think they are going to keep the money...... holding up my credit card.... this complaint is about to cause qvc some legitimate problems.
Just recieved a cake from David's Cookies and after looking at the ingredients, I became horrified!!!!! Chemicals used in the garden to kill moss, used for slug pellets, solvents used in antifreeze, plastic and perfume, chemicals used in nailpolish and cosmetics!!!! What the hell kind of cake is that. You people have some nerve pushing this crap on your customers. I will do all in my power now to let as many people as possible know about the poisons in your cake and God knows what else. Please folks, if anyone bought this July 4th cake, throw it in the garbage where it belongs. Obviously all they care about is the almighty dollar.
Denise. My son. Purchased a Shark duo clean vacuum cleaner for me. He said to deliver it to me in NJ & bill him in Virginia Beach. They took the amount out of his debit card but I did not receive the vacuum. He called numerous times was referred to the Financial Dept where there was an answering machine. Why would it be a problem to bill one person & deliver it to another address, as it was a gift for me. After several more calls he was to lad the order was cancelled. No reason given. I would "NEVER" buy anything from them
As a x customer my advice to anyone who wants to be a customer of QVC Do Not buy from them because when they are wrong you by going into your bank account there is no consequence for their actions but only you the customer-boycott QVC!!
Absolutely, unbelievable with the service. I decided to move on and do my shopping elsewhere when QVC decides they can go into my checking account and make a withdrawal when I did not make a purchase I have a problem with it. I called QVC and spoke to several people only to be placed on hold and then transferred to a phone that rings and with no answer. After several calls I was told they made a mistake and I should receive a refund but could not tell me when. When I get my refund I am going to notify the bank to refuse all withdrawals from QVC. The reason for this because I can't go into my QVC account on line...something wrong with the programming that they can't fix.
I also would like to mention I have not been able to get into my QVC account for over one year. Again, numerous calls and a lot of time on the phone with no results.......It will be interesting to see how long QVC will be in business. A supervisor named Mike said tech support was going to call me After waiting several days I called back and I was told they do not have a tech support and they did not know who I talked too or what to tell me.
May 2018 I receive a past due letter for item paid in December 2017. Rep so sorry it's paid. I always play in full but order in Dec not received that was paid in full. They replace the order but put it on installment billing. Which I always play in full. Order pot plaid in full they then install billed again. They never was authorized to keep my card and charge as they choose. Records show I had never install bill. LAST ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. TOO MUST RISK WITH BILLING.
GOING ON OVER A YEAR. PAID ALL LAST EASY PAYS FOR AUG 2017. ON SSI AND SICK , MY DAD PASSED CAUSING MORE FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES AND GRIEVING. NO ONE CARED. FINALLY OCT 1ST 2017 WAS TOLD BY QVC CCUSOMER SERVICE TO NOT PAY BANK LARGER ANT HAD TO PUT ON ANOTHER CARD BEFORE THAT. DONE WITH GABBY SUPERVISOR THAT WAS UNDERSTANDING AND HELPED ME MOVE PAYS FROM QVC CARD TO MY VISA. WAS THREATENED HAD TO DO THIS. NICE. ALL PAID. FAXED AND SENT INFO NUMEROUS TIMES OVER LAST YEAR AND CONTACTED BANK TO DISPUTE. FINALLY BANK AGREED QVC PUT PAID CHARGES ON QVC CARD AGAIN WHICH IS FRAUD AND GAVE ME A CREDIT ON CARD. SHOULD HAVE BEEN VISA. NOW STILL SAYING NOT PAID BY CORPORATE EVEN THOUGH HAVE ALL INFO. NASTY YVETTE NEVER LOOKED AT IT AND CAUSING ME MORE EMOTIONAL DISTRESS ALL THIS TIME EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE PAID IN FULL. I purchased a computer from them because it came with PREMIER SUPPORT a US based PC support specialist for the life of the PC. Now 15 months later and the support number is no longer good....and I was never notified buy after doing hours of research and calling QVC they gave me a number in INDIA!!!! After calling that number and not being able to understand 3 people they could not help me.
I was told by Qvc Customer Service Department on 4/23/18 that my account was closed. Well, hello, I have been making payments for years. When I asked for a copy of the exchange between me & the Customer Dept they said to take a picture of it, I don't have a cell phone, and I told them that. I asked could they leave the chat up for 20 minutes so I could write down what was said and they said no. They said I had to take it up with Corporate, there is no such place. I make my payments like I said for years and I want to know where my money went. Last month when payment time came around I had to call them and I got the bank (which the lady told me they didn't go through a bank), after she took my payment, I said is there a reason that I can't shop with my qvc credit card and the lady at the bank said no and gave me my credit!!! When I just now tried ordering it, they said it didn't go through. I am so totally confused.
MY FATHER PASSED ON EASTER 4/16/17 DUE TO CANCER. HIS MEDICATIONS WERE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. I USED MY CREDIT CARDS TO HELP KEEP HIM ALIVE. UNFORTUNATELY HE LOST HIS BATTLE, AND I HAD TO FILE BK.

Same thing here. I was told if anyone moved into my address they couldn't ever have a QVC account, not a QVC charge card but just an account to order things. Who in the world does this??? I would be furious if this was me and was told sorry because of the last residents you can't order from us. THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO LIVED THERE!!!!!!! Is this even legal??? My daughter can't even have anything sent to my address and her account got cancelled because she knows me and might order something for me, are you kidding me. I wish a lawyer would read some of these comments because I can't believe this is legal. To tell my daughter she can never ever have an account again because she is related to me. In this day and age I can't believe a company would treat their customers like this. It's a doggie dog world out there and they just don't give a rats Ass. So disappointed with this company. Spent way to much money with them.
