I ordered an apple laptop for a family member for Christmas. I was informed that the Christmas present would arrive by Christmas; false advertisement. In addition, I was made to feel like a common criminal during the ordering process. I was made to feel this way do to the constant calls from QVC asking how I was going to pay for item even after my bank approved payment. I had to speak with a supervisor and someone from another department before my item was eventually shipped out approximately two weeks after Christmas holiday. I was made to order the item several times and again received on going harassment about how I was going to make payment which was flex payment. To add to insult, once item was eventually shipped out and received, it was the wrong item that I received. I was so afraid to return laptop thinking that I would never receive it back I decided not to return laptop. QVC dropped the ball totally and as a result, I have decided not to ever use this company again and to tell everyone I know about the poor services I received when making my order. To be honest about the whole process has made me hate QVC. You guys are the worst in my book.

my sister died in Dec., had ordered large amount of items from QVC, first they told me I could return up to a year, now they are saying their customer service dept., was wrong in telling me that.

Orderd 2 laptops for xmas. they cancelled my order and combined my account with someone else's account because of same last name. I didnt find out until I called to find out about eta date for shipping. Now I dont even know if I will get these things at all for xmas for my children.

Wow, we need to get a class action suit filed against this company. I ordered the berkshire blankets and it never got to my home. When I called they told me that the account was under my sisters name, and that they could not discuss it with me. They told me to have her call. The blanket was supposed to be a gift for my sister.

Come to find out, UPS has delivered the package to someone else in the neighborhood. QVC will not credit my money back to my credit card, so this mean that the package that I bought a stranger in the neighborhood a gift instead of my sister.

I totally agree and would gladly help. I shopped with them for 25 years and they closed my account because they said I returned too many things. Well EVERY program host said 'we have a 30 day UNCONDITIONAL money back guarantee so try it and if you don't like it return it. Well I took them at their word and now I cannot purchase anything from QVC. They need to change their name because they are no longer Quality Value or Convenient.

I do not see how QVC could take your QCard payments from your bank account. They could only do that if your Easy Pay purchases were tied to your bank and not your QCard. The QCard is through Synchrony Bank. It's just a regular credit card. As long as you pay them according to their terms, they don't care if QVC closes your account. I just confirmed this with them.

Call the Customer Service number - 1(hidden). Someone always answers their numbers, you may have to wait, the DO get busy. But I always call 1(hidden) to place my order or 1(hidden) if I want to place my order with a representative. All of these numbers are listed online.

There are also millions of satisfied, happy customers. People rarely take the time to write to say "good things" - they always register their complaints. Remember - you have 30 days to return ANYTHING you are not happy with, regardless the reason. 32 years with QVC - NO complaints - EVER.

It IS THEIR ACTIONS NOW THAT HAVE US ANGRY.

THEY HAVE BECOME A COMPANY, ( SINCE PURCHASING HSN I HAVE ALSO BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH SINCE 1977 )

They are a HORRIBLE company! I order something for my mother and they did NOT send it because of someone in my town with same last name owes them money. Hello, my name is a common one! I wasn't even doing easy pay, I was paying in full from my own credit card. I never purchased from them before and will never purchase from them ever again! They need to be SHUT down! Thy are discriminating against people for their names!

Agreed. Their reps are as dumb as they come and are not capable of assisting with pressing issues. One must wait a minimum of 4 hrs. for a call back and this never happens. You would think a multi billion corporation would operate more efficiently. They need to be put out of business as they do not have the customer's interest at stake.

Sorry, but you folks must start off with a negative attitude, or screaming at the person who is unfortunate enough to have attempted to assist you. I've NEVER in my 32-year history, had an incapable, rude or inconsiderate person help me. What kind of "pressing issues"? I've also never had to have anyone call me back. How do you know it takes four hours for a callback IF IT NEVER HAPPENS? OMG! "...they do not have the customer's interest at stake." That's ALL they "...have at stake." They're probably delighted to get rid of all of you, but of course they can't say THAT - I can.

Annoyed! Yes they do only have call back for suprivisor within 4 hours! How do I know? I just exsperianced this a few days ago. Since the customer service couldn't help me with a basic issire . I had to wait for a call back. It was so frustrating since I couldn't stand by the phone for 4 hrs! Very bad customer service by QVC!! I finally got the help I needed after 4 tries! Verry verry frustrating and unprofessional indeed!! They stand @ a low level right now with me! No need for this kind of treatment from them..

Same here with no supervisor call backs. EVER. Been a customer over 20 years and never experienced this lack of response to a customer. I, too, have been dissatisfied with my recent purchases.. Sizing is off, quality has gone down, pricing has gone up, and shipping is outrageous. I got a letter about returning so many items even though they have a 30 day guarantee return policy if you are dissatisfied for ANY reason.

How about 24 hours which is what I was just told one of my shipments has been sitting in Maryland for 6 days and they only offered $10.00 courtesy credit. My easy pays usually run about $200 to $300 a month
