I bought a Samsung microwave/convection oven in November, 2015. After 3 months, it started tripping the circuit breaker, and I thought perhaps I had a problem with my wiring. Then it stopped. Recently, it started requiring a reset of the time every few days. Then it died. Calling the support system revealed that it was out of warranty (after 2 hours on the phone) and that it would need repair. Repair costs were more than half of the original price. I decided that one year and three months of service was inadequate, and I have decided never to buy another Samsung product. The runaround to even find out about the service was ridiculous. Obviously, I am throwing away a microwave with only 1 year and 3 months of use. What a waste!
I?ve just gotten a Samsung TV from Best Buy. So far I am really pleased with the quality and the resolution. However, the U.I. is a little difficult to understand. I wish it were simpler, but it?s still a solid TV.
I bought a Samsung tv after less than six months the picture went and trying to get Samsung help since it was still under warranty was a nightmare and still is have to drive over hour and half to bring TV for service think twice about Samsung.....
