I have a Samsung washer that I purchased from Sears and all I can say is I HATE that thing. Buying this washer was the worse mistake. It has a glass top and it is suppose to sense the clothes level and put water in accordingly. I have pictures of clothes being washed that have no water on them, so they come out just as dirty as they went in. I have had service men out several times. Clothes do not smell fresh no matter what detergent used. I did not have this problem with my last washer so when I bought this Samsung I thought I was up grading. WRONG!!!! Now when I talk about this to other people I find this to be upsetting. I will never but a Samsung washer AGAIN!
Bought a Samsung TV and it worked fine. Then a day after the warranntee went out, the TV stopped working. I called Samsung and they said I was on my own. Since the repair guy said it was cheaper to replace then repair, I bought a Vizio instead. A month after I called Samsung, I got a call saying they would repair it under warrantee. Shame it was a month removed and in the dump when they were idiots with their warrantee response. I replaced my other Samsung that was in the bedroom since it went out as the first with a Vizio and haven't looked back since. I will never buy a Samsung product again. Terrible customer service, products and responce. Vizio has been a better product and very happy with it.
I had to "up grade" to the S7 Christmas Eve when my S5 just died out. I can't tell you just how many times I had
dropped S5 due to the fact that I have two (2) disabilities that cause problems with motor function.
Forward to Valentine's Day. The S7 is in the side pocket of my small nylon Kate Spade bag and it hits the road as I got out of the car to get my mail. It hit on the corner of the cover at just the right angle to crack the screen.
The cliffhanger......$245 to fix it!!!!!! If that isn't a WTF moment I don't know what it is. Hello, I get Social Security Disability!!!!!!! (and for the na-sayers, the bag was a present)
I bought a Samsung microwave/convection oven in November, 2015. After 3 months, it started tripping the circuit breaker, and I thought perhaps I had a problem with my wiring. Then it stopped. Recently, it started requiring a reset of the time every few days. Then it died. Calling the support system revealed that it was out of warranty (after 2 hours on the phone) and that it would need repair. Repair costs were more than half of the original price. I decided that one year and three months of service was inadequate, and I have decided never to buy another Samsung product. The runaround to even find out about the service was ridiculous. Obviously, I am throwing away a microwave with only 1 year and 3 months of use. What a waste!
I?ve just gotten a Samsung TV from Best Buy. So far I am really pleased with the quality and the resolution. However, the U.I. is a little difficult to understand. I wish it were simpler, but it?s still a solid TV.
I bought a Samsung tv after less than six months the picture went and trying to get Samsung help since it was still under warranty was a nightmare and still is have to drive over hour and half to bring TV for service think twice about Samsung.....
