I had the same issue today they deactivated my account. No explanation no reasons no nothing!! This is ridiculous!!!
I have been sick stoo shopping I started back up Frist week I did 4 shops the second week I did 4 I had on one shop the customer ask for something that I got her she didn't ask for the right Item I didn't get mad or try to read her text back to her I took the item back called shipt told I would return it she told me what ti do I was close to a target by my house took it back and was told to wait because it was not in the System yet since it was brought what a credit card so waited and forgot but did return it and show proof. My last order they called me and ask they said hamburger was wrong and told they did not want to be charge so I call in and explain that I scan the Package of hamburger is sept it in acts for 2 packets and that's what I gave the customer she says she acts for something different so I told the lady she says she might be charged extra few days later I was told I cant ship anymore without explanation and they did not give me my pay that I am old no one won't respond to me it is there co they can let me go but can I ask what did I do and get paid
I was a shipt shopper since January 2019 until end of July 2019. In mid July Shipt sent me an email informing me I was approaching my 500 orders and to make sure my mailing address was correct because I would be receiving a gift for my 500 orders. Then on July 21, 2019 without warning or explanation why they deactivated my account as a shopper, I had a good rating and good customer reviews and did nothing wrong. The money I was making was helping me to pay for my cancer treatments after insurance paid. I worked as much as possible even when I felt bad after chemo. I have sent them emails, messages and no one at Shipt cares.
Today 8-12-19 I receive an envelope with a business prepaid card to do orders, a $10.00 Target gift card with a congratulation card for my 500 orders.
How despicable is this, they deactivate me and still send me a prepaid business card like if I was still a shopper. People need to know how little this company cares about their employees. We are independent contractors not employees in their eyes so we have no benefits after loosing our jobs and they don't to even respond with a reason why.
My account as a shopper was just deactivated today with no warning nor explanation as to why i was terminated! Ive sent several emails and onky get the same automated responses! This was my full time job! I'm devastated and the more i do research on line the more i see they do this to people on a regular basis! That is so unfair and disrespectful! I loved working for them but now i can say with ease that they have treated me the worst!
Same here today. With no warning how are they able to just delete you. This is how I paid my bills for the time being.

Me too. I was deactivated without warning for no reason.
Bad company to work for. Can just drop you as a shopper without a reason. I was dropped and can not get a reason why. All my deliveries were on time my ratings were not bad. So don't work for them or use there service.
Me too. Horrible and as a medical professional for 24yrs I have never been treated in such a manner
The same thing just happened to me the other day. I did the shop and then the next day they dropped me and will not give me a reason why or return my emails. My ratings were all good in my deliveries were on time also..

I would like to acknowledge my shipt shopper "michelle" not only is she great but if I put something on my list she'll call me and ask are you sure this is what you want? I have had the same person for months now and would not trade her for anyone. it would be great to let her know I spoke with you. my most recent order number 14225626.
