I have contacted customer service and left detailed complaints on your FB page. I bought a new M2.0 compact that has a defective (dangerously) barrel. I sent the whole firearm back (via my FFL I purchased from) with notation from the gunstore gunsmith detailing the issue in expectation of receiving a new barrel or full replacement of the firearm. I received the same POS barrel back with notes "surface scratches." You might want to hope this barrel doesn't blow up and hurt me because at this point with the documentation, pictures and complaints I have filed with no help or relief from your customer service department, you can go ahead and put my name on your door. Because I will OWN THIS MFR if you make me go to that extent.
I just put a copy of a letter in the mail to your attention at the address listed above. Burns my Ass that my rebate request was sent back with absolutely no explanation other than "INCORRECT PURCHASE". I resent to the Rebate people you use in NJ with a copy of the same thing to your attention. I fail to see what was required that I did not include/you be the judge? Put this aside until you get the copy of my letter to your attention and then let me know? Plus the fact that it took 5 or 6 weeks for them to give me this piss poor response!
