Southwest gas is a terrible company with the worst customer service I have every experienced and I am a first responder so I see a lot. I sold my home in December and the new owners moved in the end of the month. I set up my account closure through their website online and paid my remaining bill. Months later I get a bill from them for service for the month of January-February when the new owners moved in the end of December and I no longer even owned the home. All that their rude "costumer service" employees could tell me was that they did not receive my shut off notice until later and that I am responsible for the charges in January! They expect me to pay someone else's gas bill. I will be spreading the word to everyone I know how awful this company is. Zero common sense or understanding.
