this company takes elder people gives them a freaking pool with a hole that can't be fixed now grandkids n great grandkids can't swim paying for a waterless pool
WORST customer serice. Can't phone anyone and can't even place an online request easily. They make it difficult. Products (hot tubs) are crap too. Heater keeps breaking!
I will never buy a product from this company again. Been trying to reach someone for days via phone, directs you to website. Then whe you ho to website it wont open fully to put in request. Still in search of replacement parts for pool!
I live in Memphis Tennessee I rent from Bestway they have not been good to me I've been waiting 2 weeks for them to fix my dryer or replace it and they always said we on the way but never show up I've been waiting two weeks I've been to the store complaining I called them several times a day but still no show I am tired of paying my money for something I can use or
This has been the worst customer service experience. I bought an above ground pool for my daughters birthday. The pool had windows in it which began to leak first week. We patched several times. Finally I called Bestway and requested a refund. I took the pictures requested and was told they would send new liner but were out of stock so I would have to wait. 3 weeks later I called and told them summer is almost over, I want a refund. I was told I'd have a check 7-10 days. Two weeks later, no check, so I called and was told they needed to confirm my name and address and I'd have a check in 7-10 days. 2 weeks later I called asked for a manager, manager did not get on phone but I was told they would overnight me a check... still waiting a week later. So on Monday I will spend another lunch hour contacting Bestway for the runaround
Terrible product and worse customer service. I've never dealt with a company run this poorly. Could care less about customer. Joke.
I purchased a pool for $700.00. When I received the pool, the liner had several large holes in it. I have called a number provided to report this 16 times and have been lied to about 14 of those 16 times. I def everything they asked me to do and I've still not got this problem resolved!! My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau and then I will be contacting a lawyer. There is a warranty on the liner and they are failing to honor that warranty. I'm tired of dealing with this!
