This company support has been just awful!
1. although they recognize that my account was deleted by mistake, they promised to restore it but nothing has been done for over 1 week
2. there is no contact number of any kind.
3. the company only care about making new sales, but not at all about existing customer. I cannot function because I have no access to my files, and they do not respond, no matter that I have 3 support tickets!Anonymous

They charged me $750 for a year for 5 people business when I never use more then myself and only do the monthly single $15 month fee. Dropbox has not been reasonable and for an account that has never, not one time been used in the whole year, think its fair to charge $750. We are in touch with two lawyer groups.
