I have had an issue with my phone and I have talked to the support agents over and over has the problem been resolved no. The corporate numbers they give you on Google are totally bogus they don't want to hear from their customers . for the internet service with Metro Pcs.Anonymous

Me to even before the pandemic and there's a customer satisfaction customer service but they refused to connect me and give up their not working right now and due to the pandemic that this is when I'm going not receiving phone calls and service not working. maybe a hundred bucks a month but for what for crappy service not getting phone calls and I get an email as just crazy. At this point I'm going to contact consumer affairs and the consumer protection agency and make a complaint.
