NE TIME, I can look forward to a RATE INCREASE as well! Geico is taking advantage of customers in Florida (and perhaps elsewhere in the country) who are not driving right now and they are making a lot more than the 15% they are "giving back to customers", as well as INCREASING THEIR RATES! So really how much are they giving back to their customers? I was so enraged by the customer service rep I talked to this morning who was trying to tell me how wonderful they are for giving me 15% (about $150) at my renewal time and also lowering my rate by $114.00 for the year, BUT
