, 2020. I have been a loyal Geico Customer for 6 yrs. I received a call from the car rental company today stating that Geico is not going to pay for my rental after June 3, 2020. That is the 7th day of the car wreck. Geico has not told me what the outcome of my vehicle is, yet they are pulling my rental. I have not had have not had communication with my Vehicle Adjuster at all. My policy says I have up to 30 days rental car during an accident. I have left 4 messages with my vehicle adjuster (Chad) and today finally got his supervisor's number, Alex Andrews. Still no contact. This is poor customer service. You may pay cheaper rates,

same experience -double rates with no reason =please send complaints to state Insurance Commissioner-look up online emails
