I told her, "I took pictures of my unit prior to shipping and it was no scratches on my Laptop.     This place is a **** scam! Shipped my Laptop to them with no scratches or damage to the unit. When I received a call from a woman by the name of Cristina about the cost of repair to what was causing my unit not to come on she stated that my unit had scratches all over the unit. I told her, "I took pictures of my unit prior to shipping and it was no scratches on my Laptop. I sent picture of my unit showing no scratches, and she stated she can't tell because the picture need to be up real close in which I told her "I took the picture of my unit up close" and how close do I need to be.

    Cristina and her coworker were very rude and stated I need to contact Samsung and Fedex to file a claim. When I told her that the shipper looked my unit over prior to shipping and noticed no scratches or damage to the unit why would I need to file a claim for scratches to my Laptop they caused.

    I blame Samsung for outsourcing repair to a company that is so bad it is costing them customers. Total Tech Solutions is nothing but a scam, terrible, incompetent, lazy and conman company that's all about stealing people's money using subpar parts they claim comes from Samsung.

    I told them to ship my unit back to me using the return label from Fedex (2 day Express) no need to continue with repair because I do not want to do business with a company that is a cheater and dishonest.

    SAMSUNG SUCKS! I have had ice issues since a year after I purchased the refrigerator. Finally had someone come out to repair the ice maker. While he was here he found that there is condensation in the back of the unit causing ice buildup and water and ice under the crisper drawer. He spoke with SAMSUNG Tech support and they said to call Samsung to get it covered under warranty since its a freaking design flaw... Big SURPRISE THEY SAID ITS OUT OF WARRENTY AND WILL NOT COVER THE REPAIR.... I WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUCKS ANYTHING AGAIN... ALL I WANT IS A REPAIR NOT A REPLACEMENT....

    Nothing but issues with Samsung customer service since June) Fridge just over 2yrs old, ice maker stopped working. They were supposed to have someone come out to fix it, nothing. After several calls & being on hold forever. I was then told they would fully refund me what I paid for it. I received an email to sign with a lower amount so i called (mind you every time I've called it's about 2hrs of holding on the line). They said they'd fix it and resend it. After several calls waiting on this, I finally get a voicemail...another lower amount. So I call them again on hold forever (this is now August), this guy gives me another lower amount (2hrs after I got the message). How is that???

    Scammers, selling junk that they don't stand behind.

    NEVER BUYING SAMSUNG AGAIN!! DON'T BUY IT!!!

    Thank you so much for this information I have the exact same problem that you do and I really appreciate you put this out here for the consumers especially the headquarters number because it's Samsung they refuse to give it to me but I was only in the appliance area and once again thank you very much

    So I bought an S10 online. Prior to purchasing, I chatted with a representative. I asked if there would be any problems with using an unlocked phone on Verizon. I was told, (and I have a screenshot of this), that there would be "absolutely no problem" using this phone on Verizon. I contacted Verizon and spent 5 days going back and forth with them only to find out that they cannot turn this feature on, on an unlocked phone and I would have to contact Samsung. Samsung refuses to help me because I have had the phone for 45 days and the warranty is only good for 30 day. I have been hung up on by a supervisor, when I called back the supervisor refused to take my call. The supervisor also claimed that her manager would not take the call. I'll be contacting the Attorney General's office.

    I purchased a samsung washing machine, in less than two years the unit started showing surface rust under the labels and around the hinges, Since then the rust has spread to other parts of the unit and occasionally falls into the tub during usage. samsung agreed to send a technician to inspect the washer. we paid him $99.00 for the inspection. finally following several phone calls Samsung agreed to fix it under a one time warranty. since then we have had excuses of missing reports with and, statements that the repairs were complete, homeowner refused repair and one contractor returning the work authorization to Samsung that they are unable to do the job due to manpower shortage.With the exception of two individuals in the customer service department, the service has been extremely poor and lack professionalism.we are presently unable to utilize the washer for white materials due to the rust. presently we are waiting a call from Samsung now that we have been assured by the inspection company that they have submitted all documents including pictures to Sansung.

    ay 25th 2020 from Costco, delivery was scheduled for June 5th it showed up June 26th all damaged so it went back called Costco and they said they have investigate and I won't be able to get a replacement at least 3 weeks so I canceled the order and called Samsung and bought another refrigerator direct from Samsung and they promised delivery June 30th 2020, well June 30th came no refrigerator called numerous times finally got an answer that the refrigerator was delivered to the local shipper XPO on June 29th but the local shipper said they never received the refrigerator so I spent hours on the phone everyday finally spoke to CS rep Cynthia at Samsung and I told her stop playing games and just ship another refrigerator so she said she had to get approval from her supervisor came back on the phone and said I'll receive a new refrigerator July 11th got a conformation email from Samsung and the shipper XPO for July 11th delivery, well it's July 11th and I called the shipper XPO and was told that it was scheduled for delivery but the GM had to cancel the delivery because they never received the second refrigerator

    So I got back on the phone and explained to Samsung CS and she told me that there was never a second refrigerator sent and to hold while she calls the shipper, 35 min. later she tells me the shipper said it's on it's way, I informed her that was false that I called the local shipper XPO and they couldn't find it, so she put me on hold again for 27 min. then came back on to tell me they do have it and can't give me an ETA for delivery.

    I am beside myself over this, this is totally unacceptable.

    Senior with limited funds.

    I purchase a Samsung refrigerator stainless steel French doors. The fridge has no work correctly! The ice maker does not work freezing up ice building up and not keeping a regular temperature to cool. I have made 6 phone call and each time tried to troubleshoot with no success. I was told I needed a tech to come out and the employee on the phone ROBERT told me it would be cover. When the tech reach out to me to confirm he told me I would have to pay the service charge I explain that Samsung would be paying for the service charge and the parts plus labor.

    once the tech arrive the customer service rep confirm that they would be picking up the bill to myself and the tech

    to my surprise she then said no that they would not be paying it per her manager! I paid a lot for this broken fridge,

    I agree with you 100%! Have same issue but my refrigerator less only few months and after repairing(couldn't fix water tank) they decide to do full refund but is already few weeks and NO ONE know when I will receive my refund, they simply play with me after receiving all required documents, pictures, stickers original peeled from inside the fridge , Nothing!! Samsung is the worse! Unfortunately I bought all possible appliances and I'm so unhappy with almost all of them, Washer doesn't clean good clothes, leaves white dust marks thing on all my dark colors clothes. So disappointed!!!

    I bought a Samsung refrigerator, it is less than 3 years old and leaks into the veg drawer incessantly. I have tried To work with CS and they are useless. Your website is unfriendly and I tried to register a Samsung range I stupidly bought in January. Apparently the S/N is unverifiable. The service/aftercare I receive from you is unacceptable. I had to buy a washer and dryer recently but would NEVER buy another Samsung product again. I cannot believe you treat your customers in such a despicable way.
