Below 1 star. It wouldn't let me cancel my plan or delete my account. Any time I try to delete it keeps popping up messages for me to keep the account and if I keep clicking on I still want to cancel, it leads to an error page. Their support is the worst ever. The same situation here. They charged me $750 for a year for 5 people business when I never use more then myself and only do the monthly single $15 month fee. Dropbox has not been reasonable and for an account that has never, not one time been used in the whole year, think its fair to charge $750. We are in touch with two lawyer groups.
