Dropbox ts not a responsible company. They have charged my credit Card $99 and I had cancelled their service a year ago. They have no customer service email or phone. They should be investigated.I want them to know that I happily will join a class action suit against Dropbox.Anonymous

I had the same situation. They charged me $750 for a year for 5 people business when I never use more then myself and only do the monthly single $15 month fee. Dropbox has not been reasonable and for an account that has never, not one time been used in the whole year, think its fair to charge $750. We are in touch with two lawyer groups.
