Ordered a Proform Elliptical from Sears and delivered on 3/27/2020. Started having problem with the machine on 4/11/2020 and by 4/20/2020 the machine became unusable. Contacted Sears Customer service requesting to return the item and was told to contact Proform. Well now it has been 3 contacts to Proform (4/27, 5/01 & 6/24) all receiving service request numbers and they still have not reached out to me. After not hearing from them after 2 requests I contacted back Sears chat they gave me a case number 60073395. Went thru all the run around with conversation with Sears and Proform. At that point I was told it was too late to return or replace, in which this should have been done by Sears on my first phone call to Customer Service. In my Chat on 05/06/2020 I again was told to get in touch with Proform and if they did not resolve my issue to contact them back and the matter would be handled by Sears. Well needless to say after that all I did was get the run around again and chat after chat and many emails to Customer Service this was and has not been resolved. So I have been sitting with an Elliptical not able to use for months now. It was charged to my Shop Your Way Credit Card and they too could not help me. I sent them all my documentation regarding phone calls, copies of chats with Sears and at that time our first 2 service requests from Proform, and I don't think they read a thing. On the two times they got back with me they kept asking for proof that I returned the merchandise to the merchant. Explained back to them Sears would not take the item back and Proform stated that Sears should return and or place the item in a prior phone call with them. So here I am with this problem unresolved from all and have to pay my credit card every month for it..something that should have been taken care of the first time I called Sears customer service.Anonymous

I'd just contact your attorney general and file a complaint. You can do that online. Just google for the one in your area.Anonymous

hi can you please provide the number to us also .I am sure they are many customers like me need it too ,I really think sears scamming people I did pay for master protection agreement ,technician never showed up,they refuse making appointment telling me I should wait or pay out of my pocket .Shame They already charge me for the agreement .I really did not want to give up .I DO NOT LIKE ANYBODY THINK THEY CAN GET ME BC THEY ARE SEARS
