I have been a customer for over 10 years. Never a problem until a couple of months ago. I have gotten nothing but the dang run around by you all. I cannot get anyone to listen nor can I talk to anyone other than robots and folks who have little command of the English language. I am so disappointed in your service and customer care. However today I did talk to a sweet girl who tried very hard to help me out. Now get off your executive butts and do a better. I will never recommend this company to anyone until this problem is fixed.Anonymous

So sorry to hear of your plight.
Many Comcast stores are closed, offices are closed due to the virus. The techs that get sick have a mandatory quarantine. Those that were fine have gotten sick by close contact with customers. They only recently reported in science and medical sites that those cheap blue masks do not work and if anything have made people more susceptible to getting the virus.Anonymous
WELL ask XFINITY to buy better masks, you can find those easy on internet.

if you use the mask, keep a distance of 6 feet and wash you hands; THE TECH CAN WORKAnonymous

you should forget this company, it is horrible. they refuse to take care of not only their regular customers but businesses too. They think they are entitled to whatever the customer has but provide crappy service and customer recovery. I have worked in customer service my whole life and this just makes me sick to my stomach. They don't care about you nor your money because they think they have billions more gullible people to fool and treat like ****.Anonymous

First, commercial service has the highest priority other than essential services such as government accounts, statewide and local. Then there's many agencies like your local hospitals, HHS, Departments of Financing, service to all the schools in your footprint, the jails and sheriffs offices, families qualifying for free breakfasts and lunches, etc. Are you aware of Comcast Cares Day? It is the largest volunteer day in the U.S. There are over 160,000 employees and friends that volunteer a six hour day to work at the lowest funded schools, animal shelters, etc. The employees and management also make yearly and separate financial donations to the elderly associations, Abuse organizations, etc.
